  1. I liked the Prince of Persia movie too. Was surprised. Though, I probably expected something very bad.
  2. I've played with it. The gain is bigger than the penality it gives on xp. When I've finished the game (with playing Honest Hearts and Lonesome Road), I was at level 40 and haven't done all quests in the main game. You can feel the slower leveling up in the beginning (if you played the game already a few times and know when you get a level up...), but it didn't had a big effect on me personally. The 5% skill bonus is worth the tiny little bit slower leveling up, imo.
  3. In case anyone missed it, Chris Avellone wrote about the package from Lonesome Road, which made the Divide to what it looks like now. Of course, spoiler alert and stuff.
  4. It probably will suck, so better just ignore it already now and act as if this has to be. :>
  5. Thing is, if you don't want to run around aimless all the time, you will need the compass. Take Oblivion as example, where you just don't get good information about where exactly your target is, so you need to use the compass to actually find the place / person you are searching for. No clue if Skyrim will make that better... but Fallout 3 had the same problem. Hell, even New Vegas suffered from it in a lot cases. Other non-Bethesda games have exactly the same problem. You get so little or just bad information, that a quest compass is a blessing, not a curse.
  6. In order to get my savegame ready for Mass Effect 3 - and also because I have a new 24" TFT - I am replaying Mass Effect 2 again right now. Also this time with all the DLCs and stuff. I still think it's not a bad game, but now that I am replaying it, I see not a single bit of RPG in it anymore. Seriously. Some combat stats and a bit dialogue doesn't transform a game into an rpg. I personally don't expect anything else, though, so I am totally fine with it. I just can't understand how this is called an rpg, while it is much more a third person shooter with some non-shooter parts here and there to balance out the games pacing.
  7. Maybe you create such a robot and then you are disappointed, because he is a moron.
  8. Yes, it was a joke from some developers. Same with typing Boom in the Fallout credits.
  9. This seems pretty cool.
  10. I loved that gecko on the old photo (there was one at NMA). Too bad it's like impossible to get one of those nowadays. Thanks for sharing that stuff.
  11. (Normal) "Is that all that you can?" (Loud) "YEA!" They will need way more different voice variations, if they don't want it to end silly.
  12. Someone should disconnect your internetz.
  13. Why I must login to google to read the content of the link?
  14. If you open the message from the casino builder, *I think* a trap (for Dean Domino) was activated, which locks the vault-- it's also written in the message. I just don't know if the game ends then with slideshow or if only the door is locked. Never really tested this out.
  15. Oh, thats fancy.
  16. You sure you used the terminal and talked with Elijah? If I remember correct, the vault locks itself when you enter it.
  17. Finished Rage. Shooter part was great, car driving very meh. Also the game world is way too compressed, once again. Damn narrow "canyon corridors" and always respawning enemies. The ending was really bad, though. I was saving ammo for the big boss battle... and then the (unskippable) credits rolled over the monitor and I still had enough ammo to kill me through the game again.
  18. If Obsidian would make Fallout 4, I totally wouldn't care about the location, as the game will most likely be good anyway. When it becomes to Bethesda Fallout 4, it must be somewhere on the east coast.
  19. All that Enclave and Brotherhood crap again. If they would ever come up with something like that again, nobody can deny anymore how lame and uncreative the writers are.
  20. Man, I still remember the stuff about the *original* Afterfall. They had some pretty fancy ideas and all. Really sad to see it all being turned into this crap.
  21. Yes, it's slightly too much. 50% less would be better now, I think. On a side note, I am finally in the possession of ~1000 5.56mm ammo. Now the Bozar has become fun, because it's not empty anymore after two times reloading. :>
  22. I don't really think that the "pre-order DLCs" are worth the 4 euro. The explosive mission pack is really just a 5 minutes thing and the other is a cheat pack with a few overpowered weapons and 10k credits. As pre-order bonus, this was ok to me, but I would never pay extra for it.
  23. Nah, everyone would whine about lazy ass Obsidian, too stupid to voice a character. If I remember correct, the whine was big about Dead Money's Christine. Not to forget the translation costs, etc. which sums up as well. A silly terminal would have the same, though.
  24. But how would you have added mini-missions, so it doesn't cost as much as a "normal" DLC? Having a terminal, which gives me simple "kill x" quest would have been sucked bad. Especially when such a thing would be at the Gun Runners shop as well... like the companion terminal. Also it's the Gun Runners-- they produce weapons and deliver weapons. They don't run around, killing stuff for fun. So such mini-missions could end up highly stupid in terms of canon as well.
