Heh, good point. Makes a lot more sense and I wish it would be available. Finished the game last night. I am giving the space-shooter soap opera 8 of 10 points, which is one point more than my initial 7 of 10. It's ****ing linear, not an rpg, the beginning is really cheesy, the dialog totally stupid in times, but still it has quite a few pretty and epic moments, which make up for it, imo. I liked the ending too, even though there was this -detail, which pissed me off, because I don't give a **** about this . Had 3020 something-something war assets and I thought that it was maxed out? Now I read above that it goes up to 4000? Sucks (the bar looked full!). I didn't liked how the gay romances are handled. First time I met that dude in the shuttle bay, it felt like BioWare was punching his **** into my face. In general the romances felt really stupid this time around, imo. To me it was as if the whole game had been only about romances and the rest you do is just sidestory. Anyway... my character at the beginning of the end of the game:

Playing it now too. Was really pissed when I imported my ME2 save and got the info that the face couldn't be taken over... Spend the next 30 minutes with trying to recreate it by hand. Bleh.

No, it will work even if you activate all DLCs. Just load it after them (if DLCs are changing this value, not sure if that's anywhere the case).

Yeah, it starts like that.. then the less than great team members start to annoy you little by little, until they make you go utterly charles manson. Well, it was like that for me atleast I noticed that high tier tank battles are really ****ty. The tier 2 tanks are much more fun to use, everything is much more close-range combat and the players aren't acting as if the world belongs to them all alone. The worst is if the whole high tier tank team is moving to one camper spot and is getting pwned there one by one from the enemy team, which tries to circle them...

Playing some World of Tanks right now. It's pretty fun.

I cannot imagine the game without it anymore, somehow. It really makes the game more difficult / interesting, but not as "hardcore" as some other websites / folks where saying. It won't eat your heart and step on your back and stuff, but you definitive need to care a little bit more now, else you die quite fast.

I would really love to buy Arma3, but seriously... not even Arma2 runs smooth on my machine (which can handle every other game). I see no hope for Arma3 to run any better...

I never really cared about the story in an rts game... only thing I ever did was building a base, driving over the enemy with a horde of tanks and that's it.

Well, the Missing Link was released quite some time ago and so far there is no news on possible future DLCs. Not even rumors, as far as I am aware.

Based on my observations: Not resonable. Better make something new than trying to fix this mess.

Started a new DX:HR playthrough. Still love the game, the atmosphere is very fancy. Especially with my new monitor it is all even better than before. Somehow disappointing that they only did one DLC, which also is stand alone... really should have includet it into the main game.

That's an interesting point. Did anyone ever talked about how high the budget for Fo1 has been?

I liked the Hammerhead more than the Mako... except for the missions. The Hammerhead stuff was so much always the same... kind of like the Mako missions. Man, Bioware for sure sucks at repeatable quest stuff.

Meh, I wouldn't really compare the two games. They do have some similarities, but their focus areas are pretty different. Though, I would like it to have DX:HR's mapping in AP. I find DS3 to be a very good game when it comes to the gameplay (and stuff). The camera view and such was annoying, but other than that it's a very solid game, imo.
