Finally played through South Park - The Stick of Truth. Graphic, animation and sound are 10/10, exactly like the tv show. Storywise I dunno... I think it's ok. The combat on the other hand really isn't my cup of tea. It took me a long time to really getting into it and I can't say that it's really fun to me. Probably won't replay the game for a long time because of the combat alone. Maybe if there is some DLC coming or whatever, so I get more / new story, but else... not really.

Did he had any success with other games that aren't Minecraft? Maybe he is slowly running out of money. Wouldn't surprise me, tbh.

Haven't read a single german article about this stuff. Where did you find it? But other than that, the german "gaming press" usually just does copy & paste from the english websites anyway.

On the other side, I was reading that Sims 3 had some really bad performance, even without all the million DLCs. Also some folks argued that it's good for the Sims to get back to a more blank state again, especially since the last DLCs apparently had become some super crazy / wacky stuff. Sims 4 now is more about the sims and their emotions (the game is apparently pretty good in this area) and less about whatever you did in that old DLCs. I personally can't judge it of course. The last Sims game I played was Sims 1 and I've build rooms where I deleted the doors or pools where I deleted the ladders. Then I watched them die and respawn as ghosts at 12 in the night. Now please don't judge me.

I digged the retrospective elements / story about Rolands youth in that book. But yeah, that's a thing that is always bugging me about Stephen King: He writes really good stuff, but often he looses himself in words, words, words... It's like there is this one little something and he writes 10 pages about it. I really had to force myself through some parts of the Dark Tower books. Lukely, in the end I still got rewarded with much fun and joy. When I was reading the books a second time few years later, I skipped most of the boring parts, though...

Had a date with additional sexytyme yesterday. Today the only thing I did was playing games and watching some Fringe episodes. That's good life, why it can't be like this forever..?

Heh, somehow nobody likes this present timeline stuff, but they keep adding it to their games. Imo they should never have added this sci-fi part to the game.

I've started a new game of Fallout New Vegas and it is still awesome. Unlike Fallout 3, which bores the hell out of me as soon as I see the main menu screen.

It's pure bs. No idea how they got the idea to report about that stuff now. We have people teabagging each other since online games exist, after all.

I'll guess most simply think that "if I am fast now, I'll make it. Nothing happens to me." It's happening all the time here.

The good thing is that they can do pretty much everything at this point in the story and it would still somewhat fit the setting.

The biggest problem, imo, is that most cyclists around here don't have a driving license. They don't know the traffic rules and they have no idea how a car driver feels like when seeing other cyclists. They do whatever they want and think that car drivers need to take care- which obviously is a really stupid thing to do. And man, I could facepalm everytime I see a cyclist getting really close to a huge truck at the traffic light. It's like they totally don't care that the truck driver simply can't see them in that position. Long story short... If you want to use your bike in public traffic, then god damnit, learn the traffic rules and apply them with a little bit of common sense. Yes, car drivers are stupid too every once in a while, but my personal observation is that cyclists are exactly the same.

Oh god, I am beginning to hate this male / female stuff in games topic. Like, a lot. In the end I just want to play cool games. I don't need a political message or w/e. I really don't care about it. Especially because it seems to be impossible to make it right for everyone anyway. Like that hooker thing in GTA... Should Rockstar remove hookers from the game? Would that help? Probably not.
