What you did today.
First 2 weeks was regular holidays. Then I had a normal plastic cast for 2 weeks- here they then noticed that the fracture got worse and I'll need to have the medical intervention or my finger bones might rotate and become out of alignment. After the operation happened I got a cast for another full 3 weeks. The doctor said it is a very instable fracture and then I had additional 3 weeks to recover: Gaining back the ability to move my fingers, make a fist, etc. It took me approx 1 week to reach this, since then I am pretty much just training to move my fingers + waiting for the swell to get away. I am an office clerk who writes a lot through the day and I am right hander, so obviously I was unable to do pretty much anything. I couldn't even work with telephone only, because I'll have to make notes all the time. I mean, I *could* do this with only the left hand too, but it would be really slow and tedious over the day. So yeah, it's better (and less painful) to let the hand heal correctly in my case. Rule of thumb: Better don't break your hand. It's not worth it, because in all of the free time you can do only little anyway. Well, except if you love to watch tv or such things. /Edit: The only good thing was that it is really, really easy to get into a talk with girls if you have a huge cast around your hand. It looks painful and pretty much everyone approached me because of it.

What you did today.
So, today was my last session of occupational therapy for my right hand. Turns out I have a strength of 19,2kg in my right hand. 37kg is considered normal for people of my age. This will still take a while to recover... Tomorrow the last date with the doctor, then next week I finally will be working again. Damn, that's 13 weeks of doing nothing now. Time to do something useful again.

Torment: Tides of Numenera
How the hell do I increase my pledge on that new website? I can't find any button about it. /Edit: And looks like the website is down now. Doesn't work for me anymore at least.

But the end of the game is a big pile of shait. Really a shame, because the shooter-part is pretty good, imo.

I don't think this timeline is very good / detailed. For example, as far as I can see right now, it doesn't mention when exactly #GamerGate appeard and *why*. It seems to appear out of nowhere. Also the thing with The Fine Young Capitalists started much earlier, no? Generally I think this website needs a bit more work. Right now it assumes that the reader knows details already. Wouldn't 100% trust it in the moment.

Should have taken this track:

RANDOM VIDEO GAME NEWS
That's some serious enhancement. At least visually. And the first game looked good already.

At the risk of sounding like a troll....are you guys trolls?
Would never dare to be a troll on the internet.

What are you playing now?
Do you recommend it? It looks cool but haven't tried it yet. Yes, it was a good experience. If you like turn based (tactical) games, you should try it out. It has a few roleplaying elements as well, but the focus is on the turn based combat.

Wasteland 2 Kickstarted
Was it really marketed as remake? Can't remember anyone calling it that, tbh.

RANDOM VIDEO GAME NEWS
I don't think the screenshots look pretty interesting, tbh.

Microsoft buys Mojang. Millions of Minecraft fans cry out in terrror.
Now that I am thinking about it, there is actually a lot you could do with a Minecraft 2. Despite a fully new engine with better performance there could be more crafting options, more world interactions, there could be theme sets (wild west, space, steampunk, pirates, horror,...) each of them offering partly different game rules, and stuff like this. Obviously all the merchandise for this then. In the end it is a game where everything can happen.

I'll guess this shows how little value money has for such firms. I honestly wonder if more than a few guys at MS think that this was worth it.

I'd sold it as well. Especially for that money. Just think about it... How bad do you need to handle your money in order to run out of that amount again... Can hardly imagine it.

The AfD is right wing enough as it is. Not as much as the NPD of course, but still. Hell, they even copied the NPD party wallpaper texts and just reworded them a little to sound less aggressive.

What you did today
Oh great, german "Alternative für Deutschland" party got 12% in Brandenburg... It's the same old right wing bullshait, just a bit rewritten. People are stupid.

Finally started playing The Banner Saga. It's pretty cool so far and especially the graphic style is awesome.

What you did today
Yeah, that would have saved my hand. I'll do it next time, if I can react fast enough. PS: It's 10 weeks now. My hand is in approx 90% of the condition it was before the accident. It's still swollen, but I can move all my fingers to a fist again. Obviously I still lack the muscle strength of before, but this will come back over time. I've got another date with the doctor next friday, and then hopefully I'll be allowed to get back to work. People in the office probably don't even remember my face...

What you did today
Heh, this is exactly what happened to me. The road was fine, really. Then suddenly my front wheel slips away to the right, I go off of the bike, got stuck between handlebar and brakes and that's the story of how I broke my hand. I rested for maybe 10 minutes and then continued back home. Luckily it was only approx 6km left.

Movies you've seen recently
Watched the first episode of that new Constantine tv show... and I thought it was bad. I don't know if I will watch more of it. This one certainly wasn't selling it to me.
