Additionally, the horns on the brahmins are now kind of random. Some will have horns on both heads, some will have horns only on one head and some have no horns at all. I want a real police game. With police dogs and tactical shields and bomb defusal, drug hunt, hostage rescue from busses and whatever else. Why, just why nobody can give me what I want? Ryse had a game mechanic which made you the centurion of a small group of roman soldiers. You were in the middle of them, deciding when to use shield up, when to throw the pilum, where to go, etc. I can see the same mechanic work very good in a riot scenario. Sure would probably be scripted as hell, but for a singleplayer game, why not? Then again, it could even work in multiplayer/coop, if every player commands a few police officers. The target is to push back rioters / circle them / get them into certain positions, etc. Man, if nobody has done this in the next 5 years, I'll throw all my money out of the window and do it myself.

Is that video a metaphor about Ciri being the (white) wolf slayer or something? Also, I don't want to play as Ciri. I really don't. And I didn't liked the parts in TW2 where you controlled other characters.

I wouldn't mind paying for top quality mods, but the simple truth is, most mods are shait. Making a good mod usually is hard work and requires a lot time. Also, paying $2 for a damn sword is at least as bad as horse armor.

Will play it with a gamepad as well, but not on the couch. Truth told, some games play a lot better with a gamepad (if the gamepad is good and not like the GameCube thing). That's what I've learned over the past 2 or so years. /Edit: For example, I thought that Alien: Isolation felt A LOT better when I've played it with a gamepad than on keyboard & mouse (it actually felt boring to me without controller), even though it got the "shooter feeling" - on the other hand, any other real shooter game felt like a huge pain to me with controller.

Pretty much means they will do it again with game that doesn't have "a years old modding community".

But I don't think this issue is better on consoles. In fact, you usually don't have any mods on consoles at all. In worst case scenario, you can still play pc games exactly the same way- without mods.

Took me a few years, but I finally created a new New Vegas mod. http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/58800/? Oh, the creation only took me what... 30 mins or whatever. But doesn't matter, it's enhancing the game for me.

Man, if I keep in mind how often I've downloaded Morrowind, Skyrim, Fallout 3 or New Vegas mods, just to delete them again right after. Lots of stuff is either buggy as hell, incompatible with other mods or simply really bad despite good looking screenshots. Hope there will be a truckton of complaints and especially legal actions against people who steal other folks work and sell it as their own. - Though, this is especially dangerous for small time modders who don't want to sell their stuff. I can see lots of content getting stolen by other people and sold as their own. What is Steam going to do against such actions? How to prove who is right and who is not? /edit: Oh wow: The creator gets 25% of the money. :D

I really don't like these constant movie restarts. I don't think I feel motivated to watch the new Fantastic Four movie, just like I never felt motivated to watch the latest Spiderman.

I think I have something similar. It was kinda fast growing at some point, but then stopped and nothing happened anymore ever since. Should most likely visit a doctor, but truth told, I got no damn time for that. It takes ages to get a date set, and even then you will sit hours at the doctor. The only time I could actually do this is while I've got my vacation....

My box arrived: I didn't expected the box to be this huge. Except for the cloth map, which has pretty bad quality, I think it's a p.cool thing. /Edit: it actually fits in none of my shelves.

Still find it hard to take this seriously. I think it was the Blue Lagoon for me. :> I was like "what the hell is this movie omygod?" - keep in mind, I was very young at that time and the movie already quite old (I think release was something around 1980 or something)
