  1. I always only took argonian ships. Simply loved their design way more than any other. Would actually love to start a new game again as well, but it just requires way too much time until you are able to get to the cool stuff...
  2. Made myself a rigger. Pistols and drones, that's how I roll. So far it's not that hard, I am not very far into it yet, though. Inside the wallet city, so pretty much still at the beginning of the game... Let's see how it continues from here on now.
  3. Back in the days you heard stories about people getting their accounts hacked and stuff. Quite a few folks I know (including me), set their Steam profile to private due to this. The idea is: If the world doesn't know how many and what games you have, the interest in trying to get your account is drastically lowered. In any case, why should I care if someone else can see what games I have. I don't feel the need to impress people with my e-penor. tl;dr - his data might be a little flawed due to this. Or the private-only group is so small that it doesn't matter... who knows, certainly not me.
  4. Yay. /edit: 2,5gb download.
  5. Damn, is the game not out yet? Can't wait any longer.
  6. I did not expect the full game, never did. Wasteland 2 was just the Arizona part as well (in the beta), so there is no reason to expect more in Torment. But just the intro dialogue feels a little too rough to me. What I noticed was, that sometimes my character wasn't responding to clicks on the ground and on the orbs. In one occasion I had to move away a bit to trigger the next orb-dialogue. The voice actor was pretty good. He could do the whole game, imo. That's my thoughts so far.
  7. Prepare for horrible download rates on Steam that day. So I'll guess I won't be playing until at earliest september 2nd.
  8. Well, I gave up and got me the alpha access as well. So... now I actually wish I hadn't. :> The alpha is... not really what I would imagine of an alpha. It's the very start of the game, like the first 10 minutes and that's it. What exactly do you want to give feedback on here? Only things you can talk about is the intro text and how you feel about the initial character creation. Well, maybe the dialogue ui too, but that's it pretty much. There is nothing else. Oh, I could go on about how wonky the character movement feels, but then again, I clicked around only 4 or 5 times until the playable part had ended already. They really could have done something like a combat room after that, just for alpha purpose. Then at least you had something real to spend time on.
  9. Sounds more like money laundering to me.
  10. Oh, just noticed the second novella is out already... Totally missed it. Downing it right now, hope I'll find the time to read it soon. The first one wasn't bad, imo.
  11. First one was ok-ish. It was short, but honestly, they spend most of their dev-time on the development tools... and it actually shows. With Berlin they didn't had to spend time on this stuff at all and could put 100% of their energy on the actual game. That's pretty much the reason why I'd hope that the new game will be even better. Guess we'll find out in two or so days.
  12. Dito. Played it a bit, never a lot though. Not gonna spend sum monis on the KS.
  13. "True opinion is trolling? Oh, internetz, you never fail. " If you haven't watched both, then it's called prejudice. Volourn, why are you so full of bias. :>
  14. I always thought "SoCal" is so poor they are selling advertisement places in school. Stuff like the "Coca Cola Classroom" or vending machines or something.
  15. What I wondered: Does this game support gamepads from the go or is it 100% mouse & keyboard?
  16. Pretty sure it will be better for most (if not all) people to wait at least until the beta or even until the release... unless you are really hardcore and want to report bugs and whatever. It very likely won't really be playable other than that.
  17. Just finished Life is Strange ep4. That ending, man. And now I'll have to wait till october or something until ep5 comes out... god damnit.
  18. Can't be that many anyway, no? How big is the SC2 team, like two people? After all, they are working on this game since approx 1000 years.
  19. When I was young I thought open world games were games in which you can do whatever you want (e.g. Fallout 1 / 2). Nowadays when hearing about open world, I am thinking of huge maps with lots of fetch quests and c&p content.
  20. I really, really like how much I don't care about Fo4. I am not even carving for any bit of information. This is good news, because it means I am over that and probably over with the Fallout franchise as a good rpg. Besides, by now I know what type of games Bethesda makes and how they will turn out / how much I will like them, so... The only thing left to do would be trying to teach other people about it on the internet, but I feel way too lazy for doing that. Can do better with the little free time I have.
  21. may the fourth be with you. gandalf.
  22. The sequel didn't had mechanical nazi zombies. That's why.
  23. Was it hyped? I also thought it was ok-ish at best. Certainly nothing I'd like to watch again anytime soon.
  24. Wasn't it so you had to learn iceland language or somesuch before they let you live there for as long as you please? Or was it a different nordic country? I somehow mix them all the time...
  25. Pff, leveling through shooting stuff, ofc. I mean, it will be the main activity anyway... So far Bethesda has yet to show a single quest or anything RPG-related.
