Still haven't finished it either. Really, I don't know why, but it just doesn't manage to totally hook me up. I play it a little and then I stop again for weeks. Pretty sure it's the open world element and me having to run around from x to y all the time.

Seems you can't save your custom rangers anymore. Whenever you start a new game, you'll have to create them again.. I don't get this step back?

Wow, with that new camera perspective it feels like I can see less of the maps than ever before... Even if I zoom out to the max. Also not sure about that new character creation interface. Feels very console to me. Surprise, surprise! I know I know... Meh.

Oh god damnit. I did verify integrity of game cache on steam because I thought the update borked my game and now I read it is a separate game. Now that means I wasted like 2 hours of downloading on the wrong thing... ffs.

It's kinda funny to me how everyone is talking about performance on pc, yet I can't remember a game I was unable to play in high / ultra settings for a few years now... and I never upgrade my pc unless a part of it breaks. So except for my current graphics card, everything inside is already a few years old by now.

I just repeated the mission like traitor caravan, because I could steal more armored vehicles in them. :> This by the way annoyed me too... At the end of chapter 1 you see all the Russian soldiers, all the tanks, all the apcs... And yet in normal gameplay there is nothing like that. Russians sure as hell are superb in hiding their armored assets in Afghanistan when nothing important is on the time table. Once I had an enemy tank in side-ops, but only because I've walked over everything with my own tank. Still it was no threat at all.

Just repeat a random main mission. Side-Ops won't trigger the main story unless they are marked as yellow.

Haha. I thought checking it out won't hurt... That thing is downloading with less than 200kb/s. I need more than 2 days for that and as per google, I am not alone with this and the patch downloads after that will be at least as slow. That's not how you get people to play 'yer game man.

Maybe you just returned more to Mother Base in chapter 2. That's what I did... before these filler missions I never really felt the need to go back to Mother Base. Didn't even had to use the showers, as snake gets clean again as soon as you change to different clothes.

Is MGO out already? Somehow I can't find anything about it. Maybe I'm stupid, though. Then again, I don't really want to play it on pc anyway, as I liked the MGSV with gamepad the most, and playin online with gamepad vs. everyone else using keyboard and mouse sucks a lot.

Prison Architect 1.0 just got released. Finally out of Early Access. Played 82 hours already, so it's p.cool - especially if one likes the old stuff like Theme Hospital or Dungeon Keeper (even though it is not really like Dungeon Keeper and more like Theme Hospital).)

That torture cutscene should've happened a lot earlier in the game. I don't think it's supposed to be at that time.

That's what she said. Still playing OpenTTD. Thought I would be over my addiction, but apparently I am not. Oh well. I love doing that railway stuff. Using as many trains as possible on as little rails as possible. Also I am connecting all rails, which can make the whole system pretty complicated (the train ai sometimes annoys the hell out of me), but it's much more fun than the generic "huge station + truckload of rails and no signals" approach that many players are following. :>
