What's up with all these stupid card games lately.

The usual argument here is that you don't need an AC if the hot summer is only two to three weeks long. Of course then suddenly you also get your rare "longer than two to three weeks" hot summer, but then it's too late to do anything about it already.

I had like 15 or so flies yesterday. Opened the window and let them all out... that was hard work, because they are dumb as a brick. Went to work and when I came back, there had been another 10 to 20 flies. Thing is, all windows were closed, so they must have come from inside. I've let them out again and then started looking for a source, but couldn't find anything at all. There was no old leftover food, nothing that would smell, or a ventilation or whatever... I really have no clue where they came from. I'm hoping that I just missed something and they got inside over the other day when I had everything open for hours.....

Steam was the first, that's why. They forced it upon their Half-Life fanbase and used Half-Life² - which was highly anticipated (seriously, the hype was crazy big, probably bigger than any new GTA or Red Dead game could have it) - as a catalyst.

Steam Workshop is also auto-updating, which is good in theory, but it screws me over hard once I'm at a computer with slow internet speed and Steam decides to download a bazillion GB of mods. Wasn't Desura taken down? I thought it doesn't exist anymore.

But is that a fact or just what people believe?

It's true. These half finished ideas are what infuriate me the most. They have the money and they have the potential, but they just can't finish crap. Really, that's pretty much Valve for me nowadays... they just can't pull through stuff till the end.

I played Death of the Outside more than the base game. It's shorter and a tad more linear, but I still like it quite a lot. Billy is cool, the powers are cool, rats are cool,... just wish you could do a little bit more with the rats.

More immigrants for europe, which I kinda feel like is exactly what america wants.

I'm guessing the potential change in Iran won't be a positive one. To me this is just so painful to watch. Especially because the Saudis are our "friends".. ugh.

Use hidemyass.com ? Our trucks left the depot nearly 2 hours over time today because one of our supplier was stuck on the autobahn... because of serious forest fires that started yesterday. Hope the situation will get normal again soon. It sucks even more because I had to shorten their tours and everything we can't deliver today will be pushed to Monday... and Monday is already full with the regular stuff. Ugh.

Ugh, had all windows open over the night, but it's still very hot in here. It's probably the first night where it didn't change at all. Thinking of sleeping on the balcony tomorrow...

Welp, in the end he's a creative person and in my personal experience they're all a bit weird.

I liked his Joker and wanted to see more of it.

Weird. The older I get, the more I just want everything to crash and burn.

You don't get notifications if you are offline. I don't mind the notifications when I mark myself as online, though. With the new version I'll have to choose.

I'm looking forward to 30°C in the office today. Gotta prepare for feeling like crap for the rest of the day then... wondering if I should take some of them cooling pads with me and just slap them on my head once I can't bear it anymore.

Apparently I can't sign out of the friendslist anymore. Now I'll have to go invisible... and in the options I have to disable that I get notifications for whenever anyone starts a game. This is annoying.

Yeh, as cool as Dishonored is, I feel like the story has been told for now.

Don't think I have enjoyed a Blizzard game for real since Diablo 2. Played once through D3 when it was released, but more due to hype than any real interest. Haven't touched it ever since. They just don't make the games anymore that I am interested in. Oh yeah, and their writing is complete garbage nowadays as well.

SyFy is always doing the same thing, so much, it's pretty much a cliche now. "Strong" female lead, sexy male sidekick(s) (either smart ones or tough ones), diverse cast, etc. It's like that in every single SyFy show I've seen.

I just learned that the Tremors reboot / tv show with Kevin Bacon won't be happening. God, does anyone at SyFy actually know what they are doing?
