Oh no, I forgot that I can't read the internet until today evening.

Was the fan backlash really because of "let the past die"? I never saw it like that, at all.

I'm not taking it serious at all, because I'm not something you can call a Star Wars fan, like, at all. Yet the new movies upset me, because of how mind boggling stupid they are made. At this point I'm not sure if they aren't just trolling everyone with what they do.

Why is it The Orville had such a long break again? This stuff always pisses me off. In fact, for some reason I actually thought the season ended already because of that... which would have been weird, because the episode 11 didn't felt like a season ending at all... ugh.

In a way I can only admire them for ****ing this **** up so hard.

Finished Black Mirror season 4 yesterday. Not sure if I like the change of style by Netflix. Also the second half of that season was really weak, imo. Especially the last two episodes were bad... the last one was the worst. I even started doing something else near the end. This whole "tough gurl IT specialist police officer"-thing was just so ugh... The only thing I liked about this episode were the accents.

The only anime stuff I ever liked was (for some reason) Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, Princess Mononoke, and the first Ghost in the Shell. I tried others, but... no. I just can't watch that. The last one I saw was Afro Samurai. It was not bad per se, but in the end I felt like it was pointless and had so much wasted potential.

Heh, good that I haven't seen that season yet.

So I started Black Mirror. I'm in season 4 now and Jesus Christ, after every episode I feel like ****. Not sure why I'm doing this to me. The only episode where I felt kinda relieved in the end was the social media one... Yeah, she was at a 0 score in the end, but also happy.

Finished watching Star Trek DS9 last week. The ending felt really rushed.. like, they knew it had to end and thus started ticking off plot points with a checklist. Also the whole introduction of Esri was... not good. Took me a LONG time to get used to her and even then it was kinda... eh. Honestly, should have just not added that character. Oh yeah, and Vick... why? What's the point? Even worse, in the end he pretty much did the job of Esri, making it even more obvious that Esri was not necessary at all (at least in the form she was supposed to be). All in all I liked DS9 quite a lot. There was rarely an episode where I thought "god, let it just end". For a while, though, I've seen it more as Ferengi Star Trek, as every other episode has something to do with Ferengi or the Grand Nagus.

This one looks good, but the top comment already worries me. I am using 3 monitors. 2 via HDMI and 1 via DVI. It's already troublesome to keep this setup running, now I'm not sure how that monitor would work with this.

3 years later, here we are again. My monitor just busted. You fellas won't believe how pissed I am right now. My old monitor survived almost... I don't know, but it was many years longer. Need a new monitor. Specs didn't really changed since last time. 24", 144hz, needs good colors. The colors are mostly garbage and never "right" ... gave me lots of pain, as I am usually working a lot in the graphic area... where I need the colors to be right. I had no problems with Sonnie's Edge. Yeah it's kinda edgy, but I still liked it / thought it was interesting. Beyond the Aquila Rift was the best episode, imo.

If it's just a pronoun in the character creation, I don't really care.

Watched Love, Death + Robots. It was pretty great most of the time, very much like the old Heavy Metal.

Full first-person and third-person costs a lot more to make and oftentimes it still won't look good (no, it didn't looked good in Bloodlines 1). Personally I'd rather have them do one thing good instead of two things mediocre.

That's exactly why it took me ages to finish the game. It looks great and all, but damn, oftentimes I felt super bored. Haven't even finished the Blood and Wine (?) dlc yet, because I kinda burned out from the game.
