Civ 4 on a the world map, with 18 civs. Really bad idea looking back, played as Rome so I'm hemmed in on all sides, hah. I had heard AP was out June 1st ?

The Knoxx DLC for Borderlands is pretty funny at times, sticks with the overall goofiness of the game. Shank has some amusing lines, Knoxx's logs and the "Engorge" ads (when they turn up in the middle of a firefight), for example.

Was neat, for 50 seconds.

Went on a Borderlands kick with a buddy. Isle of Dr. Ned was pretty funny - the ending especially. Right now on the Moxxi DLC, pretty goofy character.

Played Vampyre Story again, wonder if they're ever going to finish the story. Was one of the better adventure games I've played recently...but the other one was So Blonde, hah.

Nah, I've heard way more disgusting things than that, amazing the depravity of some people. Anyway, not that shocking, everything gets cracked or put up for download. Funniest thing I ever saw was scene releases of demos.

Huh, for some reason the news post I first saw this on had the price at $100. As much as I have a beef about paying for stuff I really don't want, I'll reverse myself on this one. Well then, will be sure to watch Canadian sites (and by that I guess just Amazon) for it. Obsidian sure will be getting a good chunk of change from me this year. Apparently it's aiming for T/PEGI-16 rating, hm. Kind of a shame it's only one planet, would be nice if it were a subsector of 3-4 worlds. Hearing about a cover system makes me imagine some sort of massively multiplayer Gears of War though, for some reason. More info will come out about it at E3 (next month ?)

Some rumoured info about the 40k MMO Features: - Focus both on Melee and Long range Combat - covering system - 29 Zones (21 claimable, 8 invadeable) - Open-World - PvP around resource gathering and taking strategic points - center zone features a conquerable stronghold - No playable Tanks or other Warmachines at release but implemented possibility for expansion - Tyranids as full fighting PvE-Faction Lore (being discussed concerning certain faction-plots at the moment but here are the things we determined with Games Workshop so far): - Game takes place in the southern border-sectors of Segmentum Tempestus - Factions fight over a destroyed imperial forge world called Tarelis and its hive-city Cerberus X (newly added to the lore!) - The story of the game will NOT take place in a parallel universe! Just like the Planet Kronus (made by our colleagues at relic) Tarelis will be part of the lore! - Tyranids will be main-antagonists - Unfortunately Vigil-games was not allowed to use Relics Gorgutz 'Ead 'Unter as Ork Warlord as he will make a final appearance in the second DoW2 expansion

Mostly curious about that, but still, not going to fork out that much cash for curiosity's sake. Then again, this offer won't last forever, so. Shame you can't pick the components, could knock the price down a good bit

I must be alone in being underwhelmed at the offerings in that CE, the behind the scenes DVD does sound intriguing though.
