  1. You are, however, no longer playing the same game and thus your old strategies must be adapted to fit the new structure. And, most likely, it will not work with the Team Gizka beta and cause some compatibility issues.
  2. I doubt they really could have done anything against the company, but that's not exactly relevant now as, last I heard, they are encouraging games to use it as a setting.
  3. So? The Bible and other "holy books" are quoted in games and other media without this uproar. If it's anything like the Bible you can copyright your translation but the "original" -whatever version that is I don't know- is in the public domain. Also:
  4. What about the fact that the musician who composed the music was also Muslim and had no qualms including the text?
  5. Yeah. If I remember correctly they said they were close to figuring out who it was, but that's the last I've heard.
  6. I was just checking Google News and noticed this odd entry:
  7. The first was much better than Fable, a game you constantly laud.
  8. Did you play on a Blizzard server or a private one?
  9. Off the top of my head: Games that are definitely "10/10s." Fallout 2 Fallout Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines* Games that might be "10/10s." Portal The Witcher Baldur's Gate II Baldur's Gate Planescape: Torment Arcanum S.T.A.L.K.E.R. The Shadow of Chernobyl* S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Clear Sky* *If bugs are not taken into account.
  10. I think that those actually encourage LANs, albeit wireless ones.
  11. Fallout 3? It's on the PC.
  12. Rock the Quote! - fun little game I ran across...
  13. As do I, thanks for posting the link!
  14. I hate to break it to you, but I think that The Lord of the Rings has already seen worse.
  15. Yeah, they probably have them but are unwilling to hand them over. In other news, I've seen pictures of people/PCs with legal Far Cry 2 DVDs (although they cannot play the game due to the DRM not allowing pre-release activations).
  16. Already pirated FO3? Shame on you... I doubt it, DR doesn't use 360s.
  17. Well, I'll be buying the PC version - but I doubt that comes as a major surprise.
  18. The problem is that Sony, especially, caved to blackmail. As long as people and conglomerations do this, they, the radical Muslims, will continue to have little bitchy-fits whenever they encounter something "offensive."
  19. I found this story interesting, although the site of origin is a bit dubious. Anyone else heard of this happening?
  20. Remember, you'll have to manually delete the modified files.
  21. That they are...
  22. PC or 360? If the former, does it use a limited installation/activation system? If it doesn't I'm definitely going to have to buy a copy... PC version isn't out till Monday. Well I guess that shows how much attention, or lack there of, I pay to release dates...
  23. Could you post your system specs and what mods you are trying to use? Thanks!
