  1. That was one of the worst reviews I have ever read, I agree with the posted article...
  2. I don't know, maybe Fallout 2...
  3. Nice office...
  4. I'm editing the "bones" in .nif files and banging my head against the desk...
  5. So it's a slightly-better clone of Doom 3? Thanks but no thanks, I thought that was a boring game without any horror.
  6. And thus we should not support it!
  7. I don't think they have ever released a demo version of one of their games, so the lack of one is not really that unusual.
  8. I don't think so...
  9. Yeah, it's Far Cry 2.
  10. Bah, the AI was interesting but the game game got sort of boring after the initial levels.
  11. However sometimes Steam does include other DRM schemes, just look at the S.T.A.L.E.R. Clear Sky release that only has five activations if one buys the digital copy (I cannot find anyone who has the non-steam NA version and also has an on-line activation limit).
  12. I doubt it. If there is a Knights of the Old Republic III some people might stop awaiting the mod, but if there is only the MMO I expect the opposite reaction.
  13. Amazing, I guess you cannot comprehend that most, if not all, of the people who support Team Gizka think that The Sith Lords was a good game - albeit one that was rushed to publication by LucasArts. Team Gizka is not "here to save the day," they are here to make a good game better. As for the "growing up" part of your post, well... All I am going to say is that your little hissy fit is the most immature thing posted in this thread for quite some time.
  14. I was talking about the people who buy legal copies.
  15. I liked Clear Sky and thought it was great, although Far Cry 2 also looks like a good game. If the DRM is an issue though, get the North American boxed version of Clear Sky and you will not have to deal with limited installations or anything like that.
  16. Nothing, but if you look at torrents of, for example, Sins of a Solar empire you will find loads of people condemning those pirating the game. People are less likely to download if they're being rewarded rather than punished.
  17. I would buy it for that reason alone if they actually did not use any draconian DRM.
  18. Hummm... I might have to try it out, although the DRM is still a detractor. Still, I like how you get your authorizations back and will definitely take that into consideration.
  19. Then why did SWG crash and burn so spectacularly? It was a badly run and designed MMO.
  20. Not the North American DVD version, and possibly not any DVD version. As far as I can tell the only people who have had form of activation is those who got it off Steam. If you have any proof that the other releases have a limit please share it, because I cannot find anything. EDIT: And Deepsilver is the one distributing Clear Sky, not GSC.
  21. I've never gotten an official one on any account, although I have had some "friendly reminders."
  22. Dear -I have no comments-: I don't really know how to tell you this, but I dislike you. I think I realised it First of May At the mental hospital and I saw you Sit on Bill Clinton. I'm sure you're Man enough to understand That Santa doesn't exist. I'm returning Your ring to you, but I'll keep The results of your blood-sample as a memory. You should also know that I Never liked To hate the Boston Celtics. Good luck on your short-term leave from jail, -Strix-
  23. I was playing Oblivion, but then I realized how mind-numbingly boring the game was -even with multiple gigabytes of mods, although they did help hide that fact- and why I uninstalled it all those months ago. Oh well, I guess I'll give Clear Sky another go or maybe play one of the classics like Fallout 2 - although with everyone playing Bloodlines I might do that instead.
  24. Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V is my guess, although I did like the Jebus avatar better than his current one.
  25. Silent Hill: Homecoming
