  1. The stats are way off. You need a decent amount of might and perception to make sure you finish enemies quickly and make sure you actually hit them. Lower your resolve and constitution to buff those two stats.
  2. You have 3 options for solid damage over time pure wizard or blood mage wtih chill fog, combusting wounds, concelhaut's corrosive siphon, necrotic lance, and concelhaut's corrosive skin. All of those spells target fortitude however so you will have to apply constitution and might debuffs as well as have an ally use a morningstar with it's modal to increase your hit chance, pure rogue or street fighter/pure wizard or blood mage with all of those dot spells that I mentioned aside from corrosive skin due to multiclassing and rogue has natural damage over time abilities, and pure wizard or blood mage/ animist druid with 3rd and 5th level lightning spells as well as 1st and 2nd level corrosion spells combined with those fortitude attacking wizard spells makes for solid damage. Perception, might, and intelligence should be your highest stats, and if you can try to get a cloak of the theocrat due to it's stat bonuses.
  3. Multiple frontliners are important. Something like a warcaller alongside a melee cipher are pretty solid. I beat the game recently with cipher/troubadour, devoted/troubadour, animist/troubadour, wizard/troubadour, and assassin/beckoner.
  4. Any shield larger then small will reduce your accuracy for spells. Invest in firearms or bows so you can buff your allies and summon from a distance. Also look into getting the animancy cat to buff your summons even further.
  5. You could use a cipher for resource regeneration, and crowd control due to Fassina's lack of illusion spells.
  6. As stated in the title the bonus to perception, and the bonus damage to animals are no longer popping up on my wizard/chanter character. Here is the link to my screenshot of the issue.
  7. I'm running a beckoner/assassin myself right now. She is a damn monster with her summoning a swarm of weapons, ogres, or baby dragons before she goes invisible to nuke the fool her summons cornered.
  8. Obsidian needs to get better writers then I will have faith in them if they make another Fallout game. Bethesda made me lose faith in them when they nerfed the **** out of magic in the Elder Scrolls series, made dumbed down stories, and removed all the classic skills and roleplay of Fallout.
  9. Bring back Chris due to the fact he is the writer of the Fallout Bible, and knows more about Fallout than that moron Todd Howard.
  10. Ass loads of fire damage. I usually play with multiple wizards to make sure they die. You should also set up those wall of many colors to stop them from charging straight at your squishies.
  11. Legendary status is needed to effectively boost your melee classes damage for the superbosses in the DLCs, and the dragons that can turtle up with healing abilities such as the Volcano dragon.
  12. I never understood why the folks of Obsidian were so nerf happy in PoE2 compared to PoE1. They also made greatswords weak as ****, limited the amount of upgrade supplies you can get so you are forced to choose your main weapons from the beginning instead of experimenting like in their awesome game Fallout: New Vegas, and their game doesn't even properly follow their own rule set at times.
  13. He shot his shot, and she turned him down. She forgave him. It's not like he pulled a Weinstein with her.
  14. As the person above me stated she counts as part of the only 5 people per group. Unless you hit up the Nexus, and get the expanded party mod.
  15. With Ifan you find out that the very people who sent you to kill Alexander were the same folks who engaged in gas attacks against the elves you grew up with, so now you can get revenge. For the Red Prince you free your beloved by breaking the seal that binds her to a god so she may give you a dragon for a child, and you would later go on to repopulate the dragon population while leading the lizards into a new age against the corrupted Eternals known as Voidwoken. Lohse's story is her trying to free herself from an ancient demon who wants her to become a homicidal cannibal, and the demon acts like a chest burster who has killed countless innocents. You can free the souls of innocent people it has fed on already, and you finally purge the piece of garbage from your soul. Fane's story is him finding out his species known as the Eternals have been split between gods and Voidwoken. You can give up your source to finally seal away the piece of garbage king that sealed you away in the first place, or fight your daughter to become divine and continue the fight without giving up your powers. Sebille has the option to sacrifice herself to a tyrant as the last Scion of the elves because she killed the rest, or kill the tyrant that controls her fellow elves and become the next leader to restore the elven homeland. Beast's journey is just him trying to gather allies to finally kill his cousin who wishes to engage in genocide with the same toxin that wiped out Ifan's friends. Afterwards Beast becomes king, and if you aren't playing as him he will just sail away instead of leading his people against the Voidwoken.
  16. I enjoy the fact that magic spells are strong, melee and ranged skills are fantastic, the elemental combos are glorious, the build a class feature is amazing, the story paths you can choose for DOS 2 are ****ing amazing whether you bring dragons back into the world, become lord of the dwarves with a powerful navy, rebuild a nation of cannibalistic hippies, or work with your former allies in becoming a god while reuniting with your daughter. It also helps that DOS 2 is written by Chris Avellone so you can always expect quality from his work. I also love not having to worry about good abilities being nerfed into the ground like Obsidian did with PoE2.
  17. Obsidian walked away from it after the 5.0 release. Any further bugs you'll have to take up with the publisher.
  18. They absolutely did. Morrowind had all sorts of uber powerful spells, awesome melee builds and weapons, and had a ****ing amazing story. Oblivion onward is just disappointment with all the nerfs, and lackluster stories they gave us.
  19. His wife died of cancer there was nothing he could do for her. His dog was the last gift his wife gave him, so of course he is going to lose his damn mind.
  20. Won't happen my friend. Todd Howard has stated that from now on they will keep the Fallout series in house. Also Obsidian has lost quite a few quality people over the years due to disagreements with management so it wouldn't be the same awesome Obsidian that made F:NV.
  21. Yeah Aloth is a bipolar bitch. You're better off just making your own wizard.
  22. DOS2's story was awesome with you choosing either to damn people to a slow slaughter by the Void, or be their hero who brings dragons back to life, gathers the dwarfish navy together to wipe out any piece of **** that says they came from the Void, restore the Elven homeland to create an army of crazy cannibals, reconnect with your daughter to find out what happened to your people, get the demon that possesses you out of your mind, or through diplomacy make peace with the people who raised you and unite the races against a truly dark force. Also the customization of DOS2 was simply amazing with every custom class you make feels amazing with combos in summoning and hydromancy so you can heal your allies while summoning demons to grant them additional bodies to tank hits, or going with warfare, aeromancy, and hydromancy to beat down any monster that steps to you. Whereas POE2 laughed at you if you thought you could continuously sustain the team, do lots of varied elemental damage, and tank a **** load of hits as a priest when in DnD you can do that just fine. Also POE2 had incredibly short companion quests, and some strange choices such as not letting your group get off first strike when your enemy is standing still or ****ing sleeping.
  23. The Huana made the same mistake Romans did: welcoming foreigners into their city to learn their strategies, and the foreigners used their naivety against them to screw them over. I absolutely chose RDC though, and I even went in to slaughter the Principi so I wouldn't be pestered by these bastards going around terrorizing people. Last time I checked I wasn't trying to get into Lady Death's pants.
  24. Considering the locals of the Deadfire don't have properly built homes that can withstand storms, don't have proper plumbing in their villages even though in our history Indians developed proper plumbing in 2,700 BC, only have rinky dink canoes to go between islands except for their capital, and can't even get off their asses to wipe out the pirates that have harassed them for GENERATIONS it's clear that Rauatai is a good option for them.
