How's being restricted in origin different from being restricted in the main story? At least here you have six choices, in main game you'll usually have only one. This is a story driven game, like all Bio games, if you have that much of a problem with that why even pay attention to the game?

It's certainly turned into one. The cover needs to be cool, like the Kotor 2 cover, that one really stood out. This one will get drowned in a sea of 100 other generic box covers.

I'm not suggesting they go with that one specifically, but at least it's an improvement.

We want the game to sell well, and I don't see how the cover will help that. Remember that for a lot of people, the cover will be all they know about the game. And Morgoth's version is better, at least it would catch someone's eye while the official one wouldn't, plus boobs!

Each empty box represents a main story quest, and yes, it was just to show the design of the game, not to explain what it's about.

I wanted to post this earlier when we were on the subject, but couldn't remember where it was. It's just reappeared, so here's the main quest outline:

I wonder why? He murders a bride on her wedding day just for fun, but gets deeply upset because his brother is involved in some dishonest shenanigans and offs him too.

Just because someone can't be proved guilty beyond a shadow of a reasonable doubt doesn't mean he's in fact innocent, although legally he's considered innocent. One also has to take into account that all the witnesses had been paid off, and huge out of court settlements had been reached with the accusers.

I get a feeling it's just some fairly linear missions you go on, and you choose which order you do them in a given part of the world. Doesn't seem like there'll be much exploration or side quests, as you're basically in combat mode once the mission starts and until you get back to the safe house. I hope I'm wrong on this, but that's the impression I get from what I've seen so far.

If your XP works, I don't see any reason to upgrade unless something requires 7. Upgrading is just asking for trouble. Now if you had Vista, going to 7 might be a wise move.

Yes, but it's not knowing what I'm missing that drives me crazy. I did find one pretty great piece of armor, using Liara's skill ironically.

Have you seen the Mask of the Betrayer ending? Especially the evil evil version? It's pretty awesome. I only saw the good one, I don't remember it well, but it was pretty lame.

A new Bioware masterpiece. A rank amature couldn't have done better. The first few battles were really tough, then it becomes a cakewalk. I'd just order my party into cover ahead of me, and cover them. Wrex and Liara worked best, but then I couldn't open any lockers.

Why would someone show me a slide show at the end of the game? That makes no sense. Same as telling me what happens to everyone afterwards, I hate that.

Yeah, I've been trying to play Eternal, but the fixed camera and almost 2D graphics make it feel a lot more primitive than Cthulhu, plus it's hard and health is weird. The story seems really interesting though, so I'll probably try to continue some time. You need a Gamecube controller and a Gamecube memory unit to play it on the Wii.

OK, here's the A ending, kind of hard to see but at least it has subtitles, so you can figure out what's going on.

No, I think that's the standard ending, that's what I got and I had the lowest grade possible. The special one I think you need an A to get, and it may be about Jack's father or something, best to search youtube, and post it here if you can, I want to see it too.

On the Xbox version, they were just lights, not people. Or did you not get the lights either?

If it's so easy, why make it reflex dependent at all? No one wants to fail or to keep retrying, so there's your tension and challenge. Knowing I only got one shot increases anxiety to the point that I will fail.
