NWN2 is a bit of a different beast. I recommend you avoid the OC and play straight the excellent Mask of the Betrayer expansion.

I really build a great relationship with Mina, got her at 10 or 11 (friendship), but when I infiltrated the CIA outpost and "accidentally" had to shoot someone (thanks to the dumb AI), her affinity dropped to 1.

I just hope the team working on this project is small. I mean, Obsidian doesn't have that many employees, and honestly, my opinion is that they should work two game at a time max, with maybe a small team dedicated to patching. Ok, honestly, an opinion on management that comes from a gamer shouldn't be taken seriously.. still... Agreed.

Actually, I take my comment back. Atari just confirmed a year ago that they want to reanimate the BG and NWN franchises. NWN becomes a MMO (developed by Cryptic), but BG? That gotta be Obsidian!

That seems kinda a waste of time and talent for Obsidian, but I guess they're in need of the money.

I have to agree with Volo. I could never finish SoZ because it was basically a broken game. You spent more time looking at loading screens than actual game play.

I remember a long long time back when Two Worlds was a SciFi game from Metropolis (Gorky 17) that actually looked kinda interesting. I have no clue how it ended up being a generic fantasy RPG.

I never found any of the Drakensang games appealing. They're so old school in a bad sense.
