Goal Nr. 26 finished 😛 Last two PS4 trophies in Final Fantasy XV – Episode Prompto DLC have been acquired. The two DLC challenges were much easier than in Episode Gladiolus, but they needed a little bit of practice as well. Especially the snowmobile Time Trials. After an hour and 20 minutes, with little bit of luck, I've completed all three of them with three stars rating. The last time trial, with exactly the minimum time limit required to pass it 😛 . The Intensive Training challenge against Aranea was pretty relaxing fight, so after 30 minutes of attempts, I was able to defeat her as well.

Nr. 25 In the middle of the night, I have finished the storyline of Final Fantasy XV – Episode Prompto DLC on my PS4. It is a very mixed bag for me. This one has also some sidequests, but most of them are pretty much unbalanced, and they have all some kind of exploit, where the enemy gets stuck, and completely stops attacking. What is the use of lvl 99 encounter, if it either oneshots you, or you need to use exploit to defeat it? At least final bossfight was enjoyable. That being said, IMHO Prompto's shooting mechanics in FFXV lacks fun factor compared to melee mechanics of Noctis or Gladiolus.

Not going to argue, but on paper Russia has approx 8000 T72s as well, and I think, we can say, that we all know how many have been in combat so far. Russian paper can hold a lot of stuff, most likely very different from reality. Yesterday Russia launched again approx 70 missiles against Ukraine. According to official sources, 89% of them were shot down by Air Defense. This picture is one of these intercepted missiles. Out of these 11% which got through AD, none has hit critical infrastructure, just some secondary infrastructure. This caused approx 2 hours of power outage, and IIRC 5 dead civilians. Estimated cost of this attack is half billion USD. It was expected that over 100 missiles would be launched yesterday, but it looks like the attack on two airports has caused no strategic bombers were used yesterday. According to Arestovych 2 strategic bombers were damaged, and 2 destroyed. Which is approximately 20% of all Russian strategic bombers, out of which TU-22M and Tu-95 are not produced anymore and TU-160s are constructed in tempo of 1 piece over several years. So this is significant loss to Russia.

This is a very good explanation, why the “sudden” shift. TL;DW. For the western voters, it is much easier to accept further weapon deliveries to Ukraine, if Ukraine shows willingness to negotiate in the future. And regarding guarantees. Finished goal Nr. 24. \o/ My thumbs are still in pain, but last time, when I was so happy and satisfied with myself, that I finished some nice challenge was, when I defeated Ancient Dragon in Dark Souls 2 Yesterday at 10PM I have finally unlocked all trophies in Final Fantasy XV – Episode Gladiolus DLC on my PS4. The last two challenges were painfully hard for me, but also a lot of fun and a little bit of rage. Especially the Final Trial against Cor . Both challenges were all about tactics, a lot of patience and good reflexes. Of course, the last one is something, which I lack 😄 , so I spent on each challenge approximately 2 hours to learn how to execute them good enough to fulfill all the prerequisites for the trophies.

After a day of break I have finished Final Fantasy XV – Episode Gladiolus DLC on PS4. It did not take so long compared to Comrades. Only 2 and half hours on Normal difficulty with few retries, because I was afraid to use up Phoenix Down, as I wanted to save all of them for the final fight. In the end it was not needed at all, even though Gilgamesh did made me sweat few times . In the end, I had much more fun with combat, than in the main game or Comrades.

Just never, ever, ever, ever make your playstyle based on Miracle Build, saves you a lot of new gray hairs 😄

About UA hitting the Russia and ATACMS. Here is a little bit different theory, why they are not supplied. TL; DW, 1 ATACMS costs as 10 smaller MLRS missiles, and is much larger. There is a possibility, that Russia is able to intercept such huge rockets with their S300/400, which on another hand are unable to hit small diameter MLRS missiles. So “not escalating” rhetorics is just an excuse and a scapegoat to look reasonable in public and Russian eyes. In other words, they are getting literally much more bang for the same money with the sorter distance missiles provided, than they could ever achieve with ATACMS. We’ll see how the new Boeing/Saab gliders will fare soon. Also, Few months ago, there was some lady close to the White House speaking, that ATACMS could not be delivered before all technical ”shortcommings” are solved. Interview with her was even linked few dozens of pages ago in one of the previous threads. Can’t find it now, but maybe someone else remembers the article 😛

Three more additions to my Finished Stuff in 2022 list from yesterday. – After little bit more than 40 hours of playing and few retries, I was able to beat Ifrit, the final boss of the 1.2 release of Final Fantasy XV – Comrades DLC on PS4, and finish the whole DLC storyline. – An hour after beating Ifrit, I have amassed an output of 999,999kW, required for the final Let There Be Light trophy of the initial release of Final Fantasy XV – Comrades DLC on PS4. – And the third one of the day was the final trophy of the free 1.2 update to Final Fantasy XV – Comrades DLC on PS4. It was needed to complete the Future: Comrade mission with all four protagonists of the main game. The mission was probably planned to be a challenge, but it was pretty failed one. Mainly due to sucky AI companions and the Bahamut King practically oneshotting everyone all the time. The fight, especially with Noctis, looked like this: 3 hits on boss, getting oneshoted, wait on AI to run to you and revive you, hoping to be lucky, that the boss does not oneshot you right away, repeat until the boss died. After enduring this for one and half hour, I had finally acquired the Beacons of Hope trophy, and I can finally put this DLC on the shelf and never return back.
