  1. Hmm, I was able to finish D2 plus expansion on Hell with Sorceress and Paladin without grinding. Of course it was not Hardcore characters. The Paladin has even a silly Fist of Heaven build to mock all my “powergamer try-hard” friends The only issue I had, was the council at the act III which had on hell many members with lightning immunities.
  2. And another smoking incident in Russia, about 1000km far from Ukraine. And this is another example, how Russia takes care of their mobilised soldiers.
  3. There is a pretty big probability, that some longer range missiles have entered the “game” in Ukraine, and might bring some change to the shape of battlefield, as hitting the Wagner HQ Melitopol with HIMARS would be considered very risky move. Two candidates so far, either Vilkha-M newest UA made missile, or some Turkish missile, which name has eluded me.
  4. D2 Duping was even easier in SP though IIRC We did it all the time, we played SP for few days, and went to local gaming café for few hours to exchange loot, with backed up characters of course that was like our most used reason to start MP game ever
  5. Has anyone here played Encased or Atom RPG? How long are these games, and which one would you recommend more, and why?
  6. GOG winter sale has just begun, with Ghost of a Tale giveaway.
  7. Nah, different era is just an excuse to expand the MP crowd for more milking. Good quality SP games still sell like hot cakes in millions. It’s just less profitable for the stockholders
  8. In that case, It might be different country by country, all people which I know, have been playing D2 day and night due to awesome possibilities of SP, I spent few hundred hours on it as well, and played maybe 1 hour of MP
  9. Nah, they just cut the part of the game, which did not brought any income after initial purchase
  10. @BruceVC not wanting do derail it any further, but because you asked, New Caledonia is a prime example of what you are asking. Indigenous Kanak(?) people want independence from France, but they will probably never get it, due to French and other Caucasians have majority there.
  11. I think, Japan might be second example as well. There were few attempts at self-reflection after ww2 in eastern europe as well, but they were all crushed by Soviet occupation.
  12. Current mood about Russia in Kazakhstan.
  13. Indian PM Modi has refused to meet with Putin, and cancelled the annual bilateral meeting. Allegedly due to Putin’s nuclear threats. edit: In Slovakia, Greiner would have a chance to get up to 15 years for weed samples. It is bull****, I support decriminalisation as well, but if anyone plans to go here on a weed trip, because weed here is pretty cheap, he is ****ing idiot, and deserves what happens to him. Also I have no sympathy for any sportsman/woman, who goes to Russia, because of money. Especially, if he/she is from a country, which is on the official Russian enemy list. All of them are morons, who sooner or later ends up as Putin’s blackmail goods. 100-200k Euro extra yearly income for being in Russia is not enough money to outweigh all the risks involved…
  14. Yes, Activision currently owns Arcanum IP https://www.gog.com/en/game/arcanum_of_steamworks_and_magick_obscura
  15. A little bit more down to earth analysis of kaboom at Engels airport
  16. Whatever you "have to" say about Arestovych, he is still 1000x more reliable source than anything, that has ever come out of Russia
  17. Goal Nr. 26 finished Last two PS4 trophies in Final Fantasy XV – Episode Prompto DLC have been acquired. The two DLC challenges were much easier than in Episode Gladiolus, but they needed a little bit of practice as well. Especially the snowmobile Time Trials. After an hour and 20 minutes, with little bit of luck, I've completed all three of them with three stars rating. The last time trial, with exactly the minimum time limit required to pass it . The Intensive Training challenge against Aranea was pretty relaxing fight, so after 30 minutes of attempts, I was able to defeat her as well.
  18. Nr. 25 In the middle of the night, I have finished the storyline of Final Fantasy XV – Episode Prompto DLC on my PS4. It is a very mixed bag for me. This one has also some sidequests, but most of them are pretty much unbalanced, and they have all some kind of exploit, where the enemy gets stuck, and completely stops attacking. What is the use of lvl 99 encounter, if it either oneshots you, or you need to use exploit to defeat it? At least final bossfight was enjoyable. That being said, IMHO Prompto's shooting mechanics in FFXV lacks fun factor compared to melee mechanics of Noctis or Gladiolus.
  19. Not going to argue, but on paper Russia has approx 8000 T72s as well, and I think, we can say, that we all know how many have been in combat so far. Russian paper can hold a lot of stuff, most likely very different from reality. So the question is how many of these planes are flight/fight ready or in active duty, as there are very few airports in Russia, which can hold/prepare them for strategic missions. The 20% was said by Arestovych, not me, and he said this: “Today’s destruction (4) is 1/5th of Russia’s active strategic bombers, and they can’t be built anymore. It is also very complicated to rebase due to storage, servicing personnel, hardware, and buildings.”
  20. Yesterday Russia launched again approx 70 missiles against Ukraine. According to official sources, 89% of them were shot down by Air Defense. This picture is one of these intercepted missiles. Out of these 11% which got through AD, none has hit critical infrastructure, just some secondary infrastructure. This caused approx 2 hours of power outage, and IIRC 5 dead civilians. Estimated cost of this attack is half billion USD. It was expected that over 100 missiles would be launched yesterday, but it looks like the attack on two airports has caused no strategic bombers were used yesterday. According to Arestovych 2 strategic bombers were damaged, and 2 destroyed. Which is approximately 20% of all Russian strategic bombers, out of which TU-22M and Tu-95 are not produced anymore and TU-160s are constructed in tempo of 1 piece over several years. So this is significant loss to Russia.
  21. Nah, it was probably just another smoking accident although it made some Telegram militants very angry
  22. This is a very good explanation, why the “sudden” shift. TL;DW. For the western voters, it is much easier to accept further weapon deliveries to Ukraine, if Ukraine shows willingness to negotiate in the future. And regarding guarantees. Of course Russia would need guarantees, after such an abysmal performance of their army. When they’ll be finished by UAF, they will need all king of guarantees, else would Mongolia start to claim their rightful historical territories which were part of their country during Temujin’s reign.
