Well, I disliked IWD2, only because I did not like the implementation of D&D3.0 compared to AD&D2ndE in previous games. It seemed to me, that the game was designed for AD&D and that 3.0 was implemented during the last part of development cycle, and there was lot of Feats which were not working properly of at all (Improved Initiative comes to my mind as an example for all).

To bad MotB is there as stand-alone, I voted for NWN2 also because of MotB. Counting both together, it would have 9 votes and would be really high on the list

I have absolutely the same feelings about these two games. I had very bad internet at the time of NWN, so I never tried any persistent worlds nor extra mods, so I have judged them only by their OCs and XPacks. And in that regard almost every CRPG, I've played during that time have beaten NWN1.

There are remasters for PS3 and PS4 now.

And unfortunatelly you are wrong about what will current generation remember. Because gaming has now such a broad audience. The broader audience the worse general taste. A lot of indies are good games, but they are not "cool" so same will happen with games as happened with music, movies and book. Crap sells because of marketing and indies can't afford marketing. Just look at this board. Even if people have different oppinions how a good should be, man can say, that people frequenting here have exceptional taste in games, and from what I have read, in music as well. But how many people in mid-twenties visit here? Average age here is very close to 40. If young people would have good taste in general, Justin Bieber would die by starvation long ago

Quite a few. I haven't counted all of the games on the list, but I'm quite certain at least 300 didn't make the cut, having either been voted by one person, or by 2 but not gathering enough points to crack the top 100. Once the results have been fully revealed I might post the whole raw list as I have it on my document in the thread.I would say a lot of my picks were picked only by me Due to huge backlog of games made after 2010 and because of my stranger taste in games. So far none of my picks have made it to the list :’(But 4 games in my backlog and 1 runner up in the list Edit: Oh and 2 on my GOG wishlist, which will end up on my backlog sooner or later :D Which would those be? And I wouldn't lose hope on your choices making the list just yet. Wishlisted Grim Dawn and Tyranny. Runner Up was Dune II. On Backlog System Shock, Grim Fandango, Bloodborne and Shaderun Hongkong. And I know, that few of my games will hit pretty high, but I think of at least 7 of my games did not make it for sure :D (maybe even more) :D
