When not counting Deadfire, because I backed it long time ago, I bought at the same day Yakuza 6, and Assetto Corsa Ultimate Edition. Worth every single cent, I've spent on them.

Feeling the same. I started to prefer low budget games long time ago. Even from the bigger publishers (Nier, Dishonored, Tales of...). Thanks to GOG, Japan and Pathfinder, I can skip the AAA Live Service bull**** completely. And because of that, I have last 5 years more fun with games, than in late 00's.

GTA is art for connoisseurs who can appreciate its exquisitely deep nuanced satire of something or other, hentai puzzle games are for losers. Ok guy. And by the way, I've never had a single example of such a game pop in my Steam feed. I'm guessing you'd have to go looking for them specifically, much like you used to have to walk into the "adult" area in video rental shops. Opt-outs are fine, of course. I want one for shovelware, though. That **** triggers me like like nobody's business. Looks like after protests from developers Valve backtracked for now. Interesting thing is, that this has hit only Visual Novels, and not other lower budget “sugestive” games, like House Party, which bring even more controversy to this move by Valve...

Almost all Paradox Titles have serials. Including PoE, before this DLC. All are used for just for forum access though. But that's how I knew where to look for it

Looks like MadMax on crack and steroids, I like the vibe of the trailer, but I am little bit affraid of the Open World design... I am maybe to old, but I really prefer small scale levels, with unending action, like Doom 4, Hard Reset or Quake 2, than wast openness, where you have to search for an action for half an hour or more... I would love to see a proper balance between these two factors. I really am unable to imagine quality open world, without checkbox design, with uninterupted flow of shooting mayhem... But I hope that id and Avalanche, can raise the bar of the genre with this game higher than Ubisoft ever could.

@Katphood. Assetto Corsa is even harder on controlers This game was specifically made for niche audience with steering wheels. And the developers are not shy about it. It's not just another "Real Driving Simulator" it really feels real Compared to everything I have tried so far.

After almost a year, I have attended my first online race on Nurburgring GP GT track (25 laps). In Assetto Corsa. It is really awesome but hard as **** simulation. After 2 hours of training I was able to get time on par with second half of the grid, but completely ****ed up the Qualification, because I forgot to set up Fuel, so I ran the Quali with full tank, and the other racers with 10 or so liters I ended up on 8th place of 14 racers. The start was awesome, and I have gone for 5th place without problems, buuut after two laps I did my first mistake, and lost the 5th position. I have tried for few laps to catch up to the guy, but I made my first mega mistake, losing about 10 seconds and ended up on 10th position. After few laps, where I had exceptional "battles" for 9th position, I have done another stupid mistake, and ended up stuck in barrier around the track, and for some reason, I was unable to go into the Reverse, with my gear box... So I have lost another 20 seconds, and the race was over... I have still hold up the 10th position, but all I could do until the end, was to get one more position, and finished on 9th place. Even though these two big mistakes, I have still finished better than anticipated, before the race, just little bit sad, that the two fastest guys lapped me because of these mistakes

I have finished today the first Torchlight with Alchemist on Normal difficulty. Fun and short game to play in between other games, or just to have some relax (third game in 2018) The other two games, which I am playing at the moment are Assetto Corsa Ultimate Edition on PS4 and Starcrawlers on PC. I should probably finish Pillars of Eternity. Never finished the first one, and backed both games...

Versus Evil is the publisher for PoE 2 for PC and consoles. So they probably do not need to sell 200000000000000000 copies on them to get profitable.

I have checked your web, it looks promising, but I have not seen any info about possible release on GOG. With Steam Direct flooding the store with hundreds of games weekly, quality indies can easily be lost. Some indie developers are even leaving Steam due to this issue. IMO releasing PC games also on different platforms than can lead to more market awareness. Would be shame if your game would be lost in the sea of Direct assett flip trash :-/

Older GoW are different genre. They have not as deep narrative as the new one, so if you do not want to play them at all, you can skip them. They are full on Ancient Greek mythology, this one is full on Norse Mythology. But yeah, they can give you good background, on who actually is Kratos, and how he become man, who he is now...

Download standalone installers and import in Galaxy. Much much much faster that way. I downloaded them with GOG Downloader all in less than hour yesterday during the release traffic peek. Including all Fig bonuses.
