Gothic combat has always being a bit crazy. Where else is the preffered tactic for killing a troll to run around it in circles. Germans are crazy people and as such their games are crazy.

Since most cracks, to my knowledge at least, are just .exe files meant to replace the original one wouldn't cracks be an equal source of viruses?

Wait a second, since when has the movie and music buisness crashed and burned? Last I checked many artists uses the internet to great effect and the giants seem to be doing well enough even if they have lost revenue. Quite a lot of reviewers thought it to be a step down as well. Still one of the games on my wishlist once my main computer starts working again. I'm still playing Max Payne and while it has some pretty obvious flaws it's also quite fun.

Assassins Creed has upped itself a bit when it lets you loose in Damascus but I'm feeling the genericness now as I'm steering for Acre and I'm not sure that I can finish it. The real problem is that the game could have been awesome if they would just have put more soul or whatever you call it into the game instead of making everything feel the same. The 7/10 that I think Eurogamer gave Ass. Creed actually fits quite well. Also playing Max Payne for the first time and while it isn't as good as I've heard it is still quite good.

So is there anyone at all on this forum who doesn't like JA2 combat or doe we actually have something that we all egree upon? Combat in bloodlines wasn't the most functionally perfect thing but it did its job better than so many "better" systems that I think it deserves more praise than it gets sometimes.

don't get forces of corruption, it unbalances everything. on the tactical level anyway. So? Forces of Corruption is incredibly fun and the unbalancedness isn't important unless you play internet MP and that isn't even fun. I liked it. Edit: And it wasn't even that imbalanced.

Or litterature which doesn't even have ratings even if they have this stuff. Luckily it doesn't change the game.

RPS has some interesting comments on this and seems to support Deadly's 2 million number and the posts in the comments section seem to say that the series were close to 20 Mil. I don't feel too well about this as AoE has always been one of my favourite series and even though AoE 3 went in a direction that I didn't like (smaller maps, more MP 1vs1 focused) it was still one of the better games series made ever.

I can't say for sure as I don't have the game yet but I've heard that you can start in the space age immediately if you want. Totally misses the point though.

They also said that Empire TW would have the diplomacy AI and (campaign map) unit AI developed as one instead of two AIs which will mean that an enemy won't attack only to offer peace the same turn.
