Most of the +STATS comes from permanent and temporary bonuses. And it's a lot (+4 permanent, +12 pool in Outcast Respite, +4 prostitute boon, +2 shrine blessing). Some nice stuff is on faction avenging ships (not bad armor and shield especially), on Fyrgist there is nice club and one nice rapier hided in Neketaka.

It's not a bug. Many scripted events (with time passing) can strip you from the bonuses. In this case You just have to land in Fort durinig nightime and it's gone be ok. Check the thread https://forums.obsidian.net/topic/101300-guide-permanent-bonuses-approach-for-a-no-rest-run/ to avoid nasty suprises.

Terminate her? It seems like I can barely scratch her, in spite of the fact that her deflection rating isn't really all that high. On top of that, her imaginary friends seem just as untouchable. I'm looking for some way to hurt her, but for the life of me I have no idea. Does she have an insane number of HP or is she protected by something I missed? I've managed to kill the boss under the Collections and the Oracle, but the Frightened Child seems like the Invincible Child. I read some note that made me wonder if silencing her could be the trick, but I'm not aware of any ability or spell that actually does silence people in this game. What am I missing? Hire a monk, it's short work for that class.

Solo and across the whole game certainly nothing. Some build can make some parts of game less challanging or even easy on PotD. Mortar monk for sure belongs to top tier. But small part of the players limit themselves to solo and don't have access to Fire in the Hole. not a mortar monk against quiet 5, once again sorry for bringing thread so far from the topic

Yes, we have put the topic off track. And my remarks was about monks and mortars. IMHO Keeper of the Flame is better for lv20 solo monk, that's all. With Scordeo in main I am back to 10 wounds after WotW thanks to self damage and I can spam it back immediately, AoE from flail stunts with Ajamuut Cloak hits for more than 20 damage and I wouldn't be surprised if it benefits from Adaptive(not tested) . Extra procs from crit and blade cascade on top of it. I lose just resonance because I am stacking it on myself too

Mortar(s) can be a little underwhelming (in the matter of pursuing ultimate OP) on SC hellwalker solo, I think that's what brasilgringo ment. Especially that You can have just one, don't invest in arcana and do no rest run. Blunderbusses on the other way are more usefull. BTW Boeroer 10 jumps of WotW? That's like +10PL

Some tips for monks around here. https://imgur.com/a/Be10JYO Socrates pet, Aldris Blade of Captain Crow and two Rings of Greater regeneration was enough to keep me healed (Dawnstar Blessing). I didn't had to use potions at all, just Second Wind. Set one (Xefa's and Aldris Blade) for Whispers of the Wind and stacking resonance. Set three (Wall on) if I had to wait for her to summon spiders. Boots of Speed for a little bit more stride and Horns of Bleak Mother for accuracy. edit. 412 was enough to blow her up

For the ironclad transformation fight, I just went back to the Inn at the arena and used some standard companions that focused on auras (pally, chanter). If the game is going to turn you into a mob that has no powers you spent all game getting on your toon, you shouldn't feel bad about no soloing 1 fight. Impossible, Magran's Fires solo challange. It's only hard on potd or potd upscaled. On classic, you breeze through that one. Immposible to pick companion I meant

@brasilgringo what lv are You? I've just redid that fight with fire dragon (I have save just before ashen maw, lv20 PotD up). Stole that cloak first and equip, fist+Grave Calling and she died without me using any healing. Got her to near dead with WotW and it was enough to explode her with resonant touch. Edit. It was even easier than first time, didn't get a wound.

As far as I know there is no roll against that stunt, but megabosses have usually plenty of at least resistances so don't count on it but only sigilmaster can be a problem but doable, others are more matter of equipment and tactics. Pure DPS wise fist+scordeo, grave calling+scordeo are top two picks for me.
