I think there is a pet with + 8 fortitude, or you can go with + 2 resolve pet and that club that gives +4 deflection but dmg will suffer I suppose.

Luminos Adra Potion adds +2 to skills

Dog +2(from a house in Neketaka) Shrine +2 in poko kohara, but it will overwrite your resting bonus. Medalion +2. Pretty sure I did it with 4 resolve
