It happens and I am all for a content patch, but we all know that online petitions are useless.

Never trust Obsidian? Sorry, but Obsidian is one game developer I do trust. I do not trust Ubisoft, Bioware, Troika, Interplay, Origin, EA, Atari, Bethesda, and so forth and so on.

Well, you are using a substandard card for the game. Its ATI when the Odyssey Engine was optimized for Nvidia.

I agree that a content patch needs to be done and I am sure that the Obsidian people would have no problems in doing one if they get the go ahead and funding from LucasArts. The question is will LucasArts support their game. personally i hope that Lucas Arts does get someone else to do KotOR 3. Not because Obsidian wouldn't be up for the job. Quite the opposite. I don't think that Obsidian should be saddled with a publisher with unrealistic expectations who don't give a crap about the game in the first place.

You know, the only exposure to Star Wars I have is the 2 games, the PnP games, the 5 movies, and the Timothy Zahn trilogy. My exposure to SW is somewhat limited but even I know that continuity has been and always will be a low priority in Star Wars, as well as in any large sci fi franchise.

Then I think you need to be a better shot. If Obsidian closes down I will be homeless and I need a good forum to come to on a regular basis. I could go back to the Mistress Lair. Its a good place and such, but I rather stay here.

Star Wars had stealth ships in the EU for a very long time. They also made it in both the recent PnP RPG adaptions too.

Seriously, I like to see these forums stay open. WHo needs a community manager? We seem to manage ourselves quite well and this place is a great online home to discuss games in general. Feargus, keep these forums open!

Yes, but in some games your character levels up too fast. It seems in recent games that the sole reward for the character is levleing. Developers need to get off their collective keesters and give players rewards other than leveling. Leveling 3 times in a half hour isn't rewarding. Its annoying.

There is nothing wrong withthe Jesus head. I think having a Dark Side Jesus is cool.

Patience is a virtue, my friend. The patch is being worked on, though I do wish that the boyos of Obsidian would tell us what they are fixing in the game. I know it won't be the ending of the game but some clues would be helpful.

BGDA sucked and no challenge, then again games like that never are a challenge. 12 hours on freaking hard! It is worthless and had no real replay value. The only other CRPGs worth getting onthe X-Box are KotOR 1 and Morrowind.

Before they make a 3rd KotOR they need to finish the second one.

I am not talking about Shadowrun here. basically take the Forgotten Realms and make it 2000 years later and only 100 after a huge apocalypse that ravaged the planet.

I usually give a company 3 games to come out with something really polished and good, unless they pull a PoOR2 then one is all they get.

Bottomline, the community isn't there to do the developer's job.

Well, I am not even going to bother with a KotOR 3 till KotOR 2 is fully done.

Gods, this ending sucked and made no sense. That was my thoughts after finishing.
