Nearing the end of Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies. I received Fire Emblem and Pokemon in the mail Friday, so I'm hoping to give them a try tonight. It's a solid Ace Attorney installment. Probably not the best, not the worst. If you're a fan, it's pretty much more of the same. Interesting new characters, good cases.

It's not very good art, but sure. I don't know why everyone treats art like it's magic. There's a lot of crappy or abstract art out there. Doesn't stop it from being art.

I don't quite understand why people target iOs for anything but puzzle games. Am I just so out of touch? A windows release would have me interested. Ossian did well with Mysteries of Westgate.

The buying of things I don't know whether they have already or even want.

Not playing, purchased. Found out two games wanted by my niece and nephew, so I had to spend 20 minutes trying to figure out a third game for Target's buy 2 get 1 offer. The free one would be for me, naturally, as buying games for them unprompted is unwise. Ended up settling on Tales of Xillia. Of all the games Target has in store, it's the one I don't have with the best chance of entertaining me.

I'm really curious as to how this works out. The typical example of security is one who welcomes challenges and evidence. Not avoiding it.

It's absolutely true. But it's kind of a scene about Rufus. He's not a smart or truly respectable person. None of the stuff he does is cast in a positive light. It's just more on the pile of how self-centered he is.

I have so many games, I might accidentally double buy here. I saw Spellforce Platinum and probably would have grabbed it if it hadn't run out just after that. Turns out I have it on Steam.

Grabbed Riddick.

Because D&D alignment has two things, "law/chaos" and "good/evil." Both of which are very abstract and poorly presented. I mean, what are you talking about? The law of the land, a code of conduct, orderly behavior? Moral good, greater good? This one sounds to be more specific ("mercy") and with probably more than just two.

There's gotta be bots.

I'm just hoping for Night of the Rabbit, Riddick, and Darklands. TLJ and Dreamfall if cheap.

Heroes of Might and Magic V for Free Gone as fast as it flipped over. It didn't stop.

Because everybody expects tons of people to play it. So they play it too. And now it has a large online community. Why did you play it to begin with?

If you're going to judge it on the horror, then you can't really view FEAR 1 any better either. It's all jump scares and barely any danger from the scary parts. I mean, FEAR 1 is a game that made a point of announcing enemies before you can even see them so that you could then ambush them. And the only time the ghosts could ever hurt you, the game went into forced slow mo. It was never a scary franchise, it's an action game with a horror veneer.

FEAR 2 was great. It just does not live up to its predecessor. It's a hard task given that I consider FEAR 1 the greatest action FPS of all time. FEAR 2 is simply really good by comparison. Still better than 3/4th the stuff that comes out of the genre.

For the Emperor! Let's clean up this filth, brothers. Charge on in and purge the heretics. Go on, charge. I'm right behind you. Don't worry, I have your back. Hydra Dominatus

I'd love to try it, but I have a backlog upwards of 50 single player games. Does it have at least a decent plot for comic books?

Great Cannon is awesome. But it's best to spawn 4 orbs and hit away. :D I like Magick Archer even more. And yes, a sequel with some improvements everywhere would be awesome. Make sure to get that spinning melee attack. I can't remember if you earn it as a fighter or what. It turns Great Cannon into the framerate destroyer.

I prefer the uncertain Chris Avellone. Still, that's pretty freaking awesome. Maybe I'll finally make time to play it.

I've been binging on Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Dual Destinies. 9 hours of play and I'm positive I'm like a third of the way through it. I forgot how long they could be. And to help inaugurate my 3DS purchase, I noticed Target was having a sale, so I grabbed Fire Emblem: Awakening and Pokemon X. Hopefully I'll do better than the last two titles of those franchises I bought. I have a used copy of Fire Emblem for GBA I've never played and a copy of Pokemon Diamond I didn't get past picking a starter for.

So when's Obsidian going top sue Activision for mullions of dollars?

New taco place in the neighborhood. It's called Fuzzy Taco. I had a shredded beef taco, a spicy pork taco, and a crawfish taco. They use feta cheese, which is powerful enough that I could not tell the difference between the three tacos. Worth eating there, but no point trying anything but the cheapest taco.

I just bought a Nintendo 3DS and Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies. So that's what I'm playing now.

I would like Journey of a Roach.
