  1. This game is not so difficult even at PoTD with all scaling only up, so it's actually good to rotate companions so that the encounters are not too boring.
  2. There are 4 enemies near Xakoras who would be automatically killed. Although they do eventually show up alive in the fight at first (when Xakoras is at a sufficiently low health), they are shown as friendly (non-aggressive) and would die without ever being hit when all the aggressive enemies are killed.
  3. There is an Engwithan Saint who was inactive and untargetable (and does not detect, unlike some other bugged inactive enemies in the game) as shown in the screen shot.
  4. Just now I had a similar issue of the Llengrath's Warding Staff being replaced by Citzal's Spirit Lance - I had the Lance on my hands when I summoned the Staff. The knock down effect occurred but my weapon remained the Lance. Guess it may not have anything to do with the range of the weapons.
  5. Ya i beat it before no prob. This time i swear it got up rolled big time. These skeletons have 60+ deflection. Did you last play before PotD got rebalanced? Because yes the entire first act got much harder. Yes. I was talking about the new playthrough I had after patch 4.0. Edit: I realized you were not replying to me actually.
  6. No it's not a bug. By design Xoti occasionally suffers from amnesia .
  7. Did you finish the Luminous Adra/Eothas quest before going there? I did that and I didn't find the fights against the skeletons very difficult. I had a Wizard player character though (on PoTD with all only scale up).
  8. so I am not encountering some unique kind of bug here? my game files are fine? I can't be certain, but I had similar situation occurring to me before. You just have to avoid these difficult encounters at low level in PoTD with all upscaling only.
  9. I have crash problem too, but I also have crash problems before the patch so I don't know if they are introduced by the patch.
  10. I have the exact same problem. Do you guys also have the problem of not being able to change combat speed using hotkeys?
  11. This doesn't affect my game experience much, but I want to know what they could have done to create this bug.
  12. Ekera, this is not unique to this particular encounter, I say. What upscaling does should be better clarified in the in-game description.
  13. I have the exact same problem! Also I cannot change combat speed with hotkeys anymore.
  14. I'm pretty sure you can have that conversation even you are under the sea.
  15. When I select all my party members all of whom are in stealth mode, my party moves like in the fast mode before the 4.1 patch; if I select fast mode, they move much faster than in the fast mode before the patch. If I select a single party member however, he/she moves as slowly as before the patch. I suppose this is a bug rather than intended.
  16. There is a conversation with Xoti in which she is said to stare into the blazing sun - but I had this conversation when she's inside the Dark Cupboard. Shouldn't the option to have this conversation with her only be available outdoors?
  17. I have the exact same problem. How can this game have so many bugs, seriously!
  18. I can see at most the two level one spells of all the grimoires I checked. For all grimoires at the Dark Cupboard, I can only see one spell! And that spell for some reason changes. The spells supposedly in the grimoires can be cast normally though. Please fix this! Edit: For unknown reasons restarting the game resolved the issue.
  19. If I summon minor blight first then summon Citzal's Lance, and if the enemy I'm targeting with the lance is within the range of the lance, the lance would attack normally; however, if the target I'm targeting is not within range of the lance, the lance would be replaced by the Minor Blight and there is no way to get it back.
  20. Isn't it a 3-second cast? The wiki isn't 100% reliable, but it matches my recollection here. Also, a long-ish duration buff being castable out-of-combat means you get it for free in most encounters. Just wait a couple seconds between casting and starting the fight for the per-encounter cast to regenerate. Quite useful for those levels where you only have 1 PL5 cast and would normally have to choose between this or Citzal's! Exactly. I'm absolutely certain that Llengrath's Safeguard takes 3 seconds to cast (and no recovery time).
  21. If you try to kill Rust in Delver's Row, when his health becomes low enough, he would escape into the narrows. You can chase him and in the end you will find him in a room behind a door. I think that's the sealed door you mentioned.
  22. I found that Llengrath's Safeguard can be cast outside of combat. I don't think any other self-buff of the wizard can be cast outside of combat. Is this a bug or intended?
