Prank responses are less objectionable because telemarketers can be very annoying.
  2. No need to apologize. I took no offense. I freely admit that I am an irrational stubborn jackass. Its one of my many flaws.
  3. Volourn, of course not. We are both adults, but this guy preyed on a child. A child. Don't you get that?

I think this thread has lived out its usefulness with the spamming of old adverts.

I have never come across or experienced a hilarious prank call. Pranks are hardly funny to the target of the prank unless they are masochistic.
  6. Fine, I'll stop, but I still think what the man did wrong and he deserves some form of punishment for his action.
  7. However, it did contribute to the suicide. As I said, the man should be held accountable for his actions in the contribution to the suicde of another.
  8. Been there, done that. Ask for an extension.
  9. Sorry, but if one's actions cause the suffering or harm of another, intentional or not, that person should be held accountable for their actions. SO, intention is key, eh, Nick. Okay, what if a drunk driving his car, who has no intention of killing anyone on his way home, runs over and kills someone. He had no intention to kill that person he ran over so he shouldn't be charged for vehicular homicide or manslguhter?
  10. Some people already have it where I live.
  11. And people say I lack compassion. So you guys are basically saying that it is perfectly okay to push someone to suicide. That it is our right to do so. That is a very messed up view.
  12. This man played a cruel prank on a child, preyed on her insecurities which drove her to suicide. He needs to be held accountable for that.
  13. I would gladly pay for a XBox 360 emulator. Microsoft should make a X Box360 PCI slot card that allows PCs to run XBox 360 games.
  14. {;ayed the demo of Bioshock. Wasn't all that impressed.
  15. I am not saying he should be charged for murder but maybe manslaughter, or or some other lesser crime. He needs to be held accountable for contributing to her death.
  16. I hate pranks. Pranks are never funny for the one being fooled. The adult in this case should be ashamed and should be punished for driving a young child to suicide.
  17. Well, you know... Depreciation.
  18. It looks like it is too extreme for Singapore! http://www.escapistmagazine.com/news/view/...ed-In-Singapore

  21. The Half Lives would be a whole lot more fun if you could play then in third person.
  22. Well, if Bok says they are good then they are good. Bok is the resident expert of NVidia cards.
  23. Some people are just masochistic in that regard.
  24. I am thinking of the OT-33 Pernach, from what I heard is mostly used by the MVD (Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs) but I could be mistaken.
  25. I have met Australians. Nice folk overall.
