  1. What?!?! Graphics is the only thing we can, at least I can, discuss about it because I haven't actually played the game yet. Also asking the OP about the gameplay of NWN 2 wouldn't be discussing the topic, the graphic avatars of our characters. Stay on topic or the mods will lock the thread.
  2. Its Israel's way of getting back at the US for Mel Gibson. Hell, his country of origin has to wait til Nov. 16 for his transgressions against the Israelis.
  3. Well, download the patch then. Its available on the update server. I wonder if Obsidian will host the Critical Rebuilds on this site. *hint hint*
  4. Yes, but that is given in context in which it was originally developed.
  5. Are we talking about FPS, story-line, or actual animals crawling about?
  6. Swim trunks and a pair of black socks.
  7. I wouldn't say that. Even if the OC is lackluster and even if the baseline models are less than spectacular we still have the tool set and a mod mad community. Besides, I like my Dark Side Jesus.
  8. Yes, but those RPG Codex people are loco on Fallout. There is a slim chance that Bethesda will make a Fallout 3 acceptable to me but I severely doubt that they will.
  9. Well, I take the total package in character creation, Volourn. Not only the game mechanic and story aspects, but also the physical appearance. The more varied and detailed the better, as far as I am concerned.
  10. When I am the reasonable one here you know the thread is in trouble. Hey, after going through some MMORPG and Oblivion's character creation I think it is a legitimate concern. Having the ability to custom make your character is always a major plus in a CRPG, especially Online. The more variations the player can use the more chance of making a unique look for your character.
  11. I have to agree with Big Green. Dark Raven, first you complain about we don't have NWN 2 forums here and not direct someone to another site for those who wanting to discuss the game, for good or ill? If we are to discuss NWN 2 here it has to be both the good aspects of the game and the notso good aspects as well.
  12. FOT isn't in the same league as FO:BOS. haters. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Both games are Fallout in name only.

    Torchwood

That is Jack's call. He tends to be overly cautious. If it was up to the others I think they would keep it out for study.
  14. God doesn't use the mail, silly. It gives you visual clues, mild hallucinations, and a strong sense of deja vu.
  15. Not possible. Because the first play through the game is a mystery. You don't know the gameplay, the story, the characters, and whatnot. On the second, third, fourth play through you pretty much know everything the game has to offer.
  16. The thing is Spider, I can't get into a game that is 10 hours or less long. I need a good long story to keep my interest. If the game is only 10 hours long I say it is a waste of money. Only the first play through counts.
  17. Oh, kickin'. I haven't played any IWD mods.
  18. Of course God isn't a woman. Man, that would just be too weird for Mary I am sure. Besides its God, not Goddess. For a Goddess we have Darque and Dark Raven for. Right? Right, guys? Guys?
  19. Sounds like a cool quest though. You should use it in a future game, maybe a NWN 2 expansion.
  20. Or maybe God just likes to play jokes on us. I mean, if you are an omnipotent immortal being what would you do for fun?
  21. Like he will tell me anything directly. In many ways God is like a bad poet, and relies on symbology way too much. The problem there is that no two people will interpret the symbology exactly the same way.
  22. I found my new desktop. Zombie Mickey rules!
  23. Hey, it would be close enough for government work. Also, we don't even know for sure that God is omnipotent. He could be just good at faking it.
  24. Think on this. The Internet, for better or worse, has the sum of human knowledge. Know lets say that we develop the technology that allows us to integrate the whole of human knowledge in a single human brain. Sure, its not omnipotence but it would be damn close to it. Also who says that God is omnipotent? If you have been around 14 Billion years or so, you would have a great deal of knowledge so it just seems you would be omnipotent, especially compared to a species that has only been around for a 100,000 years or so.
  25. No, but it is a step in the right direction.
