  1. I woke up this morning fully believing I will be getting NWN 2 LE today. I check my account to see what was up with the delivery and low, it hadn't been shipped yet. So I called Amazon. They told me that they won't be getting any copies for about a week. A freakin' week. I ordered my copy a month and a half early to get the LE version delivered on time. I canceled my order right there and then and let the dear lady now my displeasure without any colorful metaphors. It was at that point I took up my quest! To find a copy of Neverwinter Nights 2 to play, but first breakfast! I went to the Burger King and had a nice sausage egg and cheese croissant and some orange juice. The cashier was a regular at my store that I work at. Very nice lady. Enough of that drivel, I went to Gamers first. A nice store with a nice staff, but only dabble in the PC games and mostly console. No dice. So I went to Hastings. A Music, Book, PC game, Console game super store type place. All sold out. At a last bit of hope I went to the local Gamestop at the mall and they said they might have extra copies. Might. But they will not show till noon. So I wondered through the mall wondering if I will get to play this new game of Obsidian. Well, I returned to the store at noon and no, they did not have any Limited Editions available but they had a normal DVD edition available. One of two, so I bought it and immediately placed Jade Empire PC version on Pre Order. It was only $5 USD to do so. With NWN 2 triumphantly in hand I went to the grocery store to buy game food and cream soda. A&W cream soda is very good stuff. I got home, installed the game and now currently installing the 80 meg patch. Soon, soon I shal delve in the Forgotten Realms and DnD goodness. :D Tiefling Rogue/Warlock here I come! (w00t)

Probably, but that doesn't change the fact they look similar.
  3. Bioware does the same thing. We had the Court thingie in NWN 1. We had the court thingie in KotOR 1. And we have the court thingie in JE. ENOUGH WITH THE COURT THINGIE!

Yes. He was Nam-Ek, the kryptonian from the season premiere of last season, and as stated he was on Buffy.
  5. That is just messed in the head. I like it!
  6. So, you can Jackie Chan your enemies. I guess i can see the appeal of that.
  7. But those people aren't me. Story is the main motivation why I do anything to tell the truth. From going to the store to playing a game. If I can't find a story that engages me I am pretty lethargic.
  8. Wrong. He is a game reviewer for a European gaming site. Its his job to play through games, even those he doesn't like.
  9. Wrong. But we all know your attitude towards gaming, Hades. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Correct. Simple jumping and kicking and blah blah blah is pretty boring. One of the reasons why I don't bother with normal FPS games. Absolutely detested Halo. If a game doesn't have an engaging story it just doesn't grab my attention enough to play it.
  10. If a game doesn't have a good story to it then there is just no point in playing it.
  11. I will trust Mkreku's assessment of the game. Definitely staying away from DM M&M.
  12. That is all we need. more freaking drugs. Legal or not, this country is to freakin' obsessed with drugs. A drug for feeling sad. A drug for feeling bad. A drug for this and a drug for that. Drugs are for weak bastards who can't deal with reality. Get off the drugs, you drug crazed television gawking idiots, and live a normal life. [/foamyrant]

That is why I think that Gwen will eventually take over. She is a far smarter individual. Jack is too obsessed with his own problems to actually see straight on a few issues. I do like the That was pretty good. I think that might happen if they start to explore Gwen's Gweneth connection.

I never said that. Those two guys look similar, that is all. Beside all us white folk probably look the same to them.
  15. I rather have a glowing magical sword.

Like I said, they look fairly similar. I don't know why you are taking this so personal.
  17. Just cart your entire computer, hook it in the plane's power system, and play the game during the flight. :D
  18. Actually he was an internet personality whose purpose was to piss people off. I am glad that he is dead and gone.
  19. NWN1 will be dead soon, if not already. Pull the plug, pound the nail, and get the burning raft ready.
  20. Well, that is what I am striving to be. A more rational human being, with sprinkles. :D
  21. Why does the waiting hurt... Grrrr...
  22. Well, NWN 1 is dead now. HAHAHAHA! The King is dead, long live the King sort of thing.
  23. Does that really matter though? The Black Hound never had anything to do with the BG saga and would have been BG3 in name only. It could just as well have been released as a stand alone. If it was that easy, why did they scrap it when they lost the BG PC rights? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Because it was probably too late to change the game and the big wigs thought it wouldn't sell without the BG name. Also I think they also lost the DnD rights as well.
  24. People aren't happy unless they can complain about something.
