I think the mental healthcare for many nations are complete rubbish, Walsh. In many places they still use the old 19th century stand of hiding those who are mentally ill and disturbed and pretending they don't exist. However, the most complex and the hardest to treat illness is mental illness for medical science hasn't trully mastered its understanding on how and why the human brain works.

McCain will continue Bush's failed policies. The Republicans had thier shot with Bush and they failed. Its now the Democrats turn. If Obama doesn't gt things changed around then we will vote for someone else in later on, but I am willing to give Obama and the Democrats a chance. They can't do a worse job than Bush when it comes to the economy. Oil being the highest it has ever been, the Dow being its lowest yet this year, and unemployment rising to new height. Also I don't give a crap what religion the guy has. I rather vote in an Atheist than a Christian, Muslim, or whatever. I place Islam about the same rung as I do Christianity. I am all for freedom of speech, but he was wearing it to an institution of education where there needs to be a decorum of discipline and a proper non-disruptive environs for the children. If he was dragged by his parents to a protest rally then what he wore would be appropriate but in this case it is not.

Since Alpha Protocol is a CRPG the use of skills fits in the context of the genre and setting it is depicting. If you don't understand that then you do not understand the nature of RPGs. You can't create something from nothing, but something like a gun that uses zero point energy would probably be next to infinite ammo, but since the game story line takes place in 21st century Earth I think it is unlikely such technology would exist. Oh, nice try Cy, but you fail. Those JBs are in movies and television shows, not CRPGs.

So far no developer has given a good reason, in terms of setting and story background, why there is unlimited ammo. If there is a solid story based reason behind it Obsidianites, then I am 100% behind it.
