I usually don't consider upgrading until I see gains of 50-100%. With only 20% (at most!) from what I have now, means ill probably be sticking with sandy for another year or so

So are quests even mandatory? I still can't find a way to continue my questline after the plague tower so I have been leveling up with foundry, pvp and repeating group dungeons
