Play the Force Unleashed... Okay, not really JK4 (JK3 was sort of released as JK academy), but still some force dude with a lightsaber hopping around. I think they started to go downhill after the X-wing Trilogy games were finished. Why couldn't they just give fans what the fans actually wanted...though granted I did love the Old republic 1 and 2 as well as the star wars battlefront series. I played both Force Unleashed games and no way are they true Jedi Knight titles, for one I still wanna be able to switch to my blasters. I always viewed Jedi Academy as a spin off or expansion title to Jedi Outcast, and I still hope for a true Jedi Knight sequel made perferably in Unreal 4 please On a side note, Raven released the Jedi Outcast source code today (due to the closure) http://sourceforge.net/projects/jedioutcast/?source=directory

Bokishi replied to Infinitron's topic in Computer and Console
I still play might and magic 4 and 5 on dosbox -
While SSDs are king, I still think there's life left in mechanical hard-drives, especially when they come in capacities like this (I'm at 8TB storage now)

The ending is supposidly happy if you watch after the credits. And I bet Gabe N is pissed about not being able to include a theme in HL3

That's why I keep my nexus 7 tethered to my iphone 5, need file handling and open installing in some form

Currently replaying Bioshock Infinite in 1999 mode. The game is alot more interesting the second time around when you finally understand what the signs meant and what everyone was trying to tell you
-
Yeah, that's pretty much Bioshock - I doubt it gets better for you though to be fair, pretty much every game has some sort of balance problem. I'm not a huge fan of the combat, though it's better than most games, it's just repetitive. Basically, Bioshock does atmosphere better than most so that's what you're playing for. While it may not be for everyone, I'm pretty sure the game tends to grow on most people within a few hours, and you won't have to be hoarding mana salts for long

After watching the Bioshock ending again, I think the whole thing makes sense now. It's mindblowing epic btw

It's pretty rare stories in games pull me in at all, especially emotionally. Something about the ent. format keeps games more at a distant task-oriented mentality than ever an emotional one. But occasionally they do (which is why I love Obsidian...). But if the graphics are wowzer enough, sometimes they sweep me away just from the environment immersion aspect. Anyway...sounds like it does have at least some reason to replay it, if one likes the gameplay enough. Good to know. The gameplay in B:I isn't really anything special (lots of bullet-sponge enemies, you'll find yourself running out of ammo and "salts" a bit too frequently, the fact that most of your "Vigors," the BI equivalent of Plasmids from Bioshock, don't work on boss-class enemies is especially irritating,) the story and relationship between Booker and Elizabeth are really the focus. And possibly the problem, once you've finished the game. It's one of those things that leaves more questions than answers, and the big ones feel more like plot holes than questions, for the most part. Yeah the ending hurt my brain, but most of it made sense, but not all of it

It has a 1999 mode at the end that makes it tough like an old school fps. There are various trinkets and locations to find that you'll miss the first time. Really though this game is quite a production. The story alone just pulls you in and tugs at you. My favorite 2013 game so far, and I'm not even finished yet lol

I put 110 hours into skyrim so far, but not many of those hours were memorable, like in the new Tomb Raider or Bioshock. Especially considering how the combat just blows

No issues, nVidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti or whatever order those go in, latest drivers, no problems whatsoever. Also, from Ken Levine on Twitter: "As always, kids, beware of spoilers. This is a game you want to play fresh! Don't let some "friend" ruin your fun. Also, floss daily!" I've been careful to avoid spoilers but I didn't expect to be searching for technical fixes on a forum where some malicious little bugger put the main plot twist in the title of his post (all caps), I can't help but feel rather bummed out over this game now They always do that for every big game and I hate it as well

Just got to the bioshock plot twist and omfg

It's Bioshock Infinite and here's more disney shots for Crimson

Nvidia GTX 680 latest drivers, it's pretty much bug-free and 100x better than the original Bioshock which was a crash-fest for me Original Bioshock on PC was just a crappy Xbox-to-PC port. Like "it won't work at all if you have a certain brand of sound card" bad. yeah as i recall i was using 8800 gtx sli and on windows vista, disabling one card would fix most of the crashing (but not the ones in the menus), and make it run half as fast, such a crappy dilemma back then

Strange I haven't seen any bugs yet, maybe try re-downloading or verifying your game cache
