  1. There's a rock star Bach? I think it's weird that you had to differentiate between the two. True if you said "Bach" we would ask which one. I like P.D.Q Bach, the one without talent. Dessert: Rice Custard. Great, now I have a craving.
  2. Drink: Coffee. Object: My violin. Item of clothing: My Boots. Book: Tricky, it's not really a book, but L' Estro armonico (Opus 3), The Genius of harmony - by A. Vivaldi, if not: Inferno - Dante. But Vivaldi is better. Band: ABBA. Non opera singer: Buffy Sainte-Marie. Opera singer: Sonia Prina. Opera/Cantata; The Coffee Cantata - J.S Bach. See not all Vivaldi. Umm, actually, I can't choose, Iphegenie en Tauride - C.W Gluck. L 'Olimpiade, Farnace - Vivaldi. Apparently The Marriage of Figgaro is the 'most popular' opera in western music. TV series: Xena! Star Trek Voyager. Little Britain. Motor vehicle: VW Golf GTI, or the OLD Beetle, so cute!!! Not that I care about cars though.
  3. What a n00b. Try and think about the nonsensicalness of your ideas that I've highlighted. Are you from America, Britain or Australia? Can you speak, write and understand English properly? If so, type properly. And just for the record, no. There WILL NOT be anymore Wookiee Jedi, Dark Jedi or Sith in Star Wars. Fixed. I don't like voiced main characters in general though there are exceptions. Deus Ex 2... BioMods. I like BioMods. No not clones, I don't like clones. *Scratches head* The formula is planets with beasts, and two sides with opposing ideals, or just opposing anything not even ideals. Sounds boring but. Taris; two swoop gangs, the cliched Brejik going evil, Rakgouls. Dantooine; the two families, Kath Hounds. Tattooeeeeeeeeeein; Cerka/ Sand People, Raid. Mannan; Can't think of it don't want to think of it. I already have a headache. Korriban; Can you see the pattern? Of course you can, and I am not saying it's bad, because Kotor the 2nd has it 2 as well. We need experience points so the killing of dumb animals is the most effective from a moralist viewpoint.... Depressing thought: The Republic will die eventually, we know this. Cheerful thought: The Republic will die. Indifferent thought: The Republic can burn for all I care.
  4. For the pilot there is a group of aliens in the dock sector 'flop house' they need one, and it doesn't work if you have the message from Visquis. 'Transport' would be the woman who paid a pilot that didn't turn up? An Ithorian in the flophaus can take them if you help him or her with hiser problem and are good at persuading. You have to go back there anyway for Vogga's Horde. Have you tried the trade war between the female Rodian and the... I can't remember either name I think the Rodian is Geeda, anyway there's a trader who doesn't like her (he won't let you by his stuff) he wants her removed, you can use that to tick off the Exchange some more. They're in the square around the central pit. The swoop track destroy the droid that's winning the races. Have you killed the exchange underling and cleared them all out of the refugee camp? I would pay the little bat in the entertainment area as well, but I do that last. If you tell us what quests you have done we might be able to find some more. Edited just in time. It might not be a glitch.

  6. What i meant was that, for example, flurry only had one animation in K1. In K2 there were 3 different animations for flurry. And yes, i have equiped the blasters while running a few times. Looks cool, but equipping two melee weapons while running looks even cooler. OK I will pay attention next time. *Scratches head* And running with sharp pointy things is never cool... but I like to equip double bladed lightsabers on all three members and get them running then pause the game and make them activate them.
  7. You are crazy. I can barely wake up at 8:00 for school. BUt yes, i agree that LS or DS forces you to do things. How many of us have had a conversation in the game, and then got LS points while playing DS and then got mad that we lost our mastery bonus? Grey lets you help who you will and leave those you wont for the kinraths to eat As society I judge you to be evil. I got Darkside points when it should have been Lightside.
  8. Magazine reviews are too, I read a Kotor 1 review before it came out, it said Sith Lords will control beasts and you will have to fight your way through them, with that there was a picture of Horned Kath Hounds atop the Rakatan Temple. There was a topic relevant to your question but it must have been deleted, I can't find it. From what I can remember it was to be a second tier power like Force Confusion and Dominate Mind, that's what I was told, it is logical so I have no reason to doubt it.
  9. ^ K1 had different animations for Flurry and the others. For blasters; have you equipped two while running?
  10. "Forced" meaning how the darkside is supposed to corrupt? I don't like that. Power tempered by reason. Damn sentence fragments.
  11. Everyone looks fetching in black. And no I didn't write 'Jedi' in the last census. Nor did I write 'Sith.' I wrote 'Cantina Dancer' as my job though. See I am so 1337 that I lie because um I am death and the dark Avatar and killz all Muhahaha (Sp?)
  12. Boccherini Guitar Quintet No 4 in D, G448 'Fandango' - Karin Schaupp, g; Ng Yu-Ying,v; Aleksey Igudesman, v; Irina Morozova, va; Julian Smiles, vc Well I was, I can't type and listen to it at the same time, so it's finished.... Bartok Piano and Violin Rhapsody
  13. Calling them Barbarians as seen from the eyes of civilization is interesting, since the word comes from the Greeks inability to understand the language and their own arrogance, "We would all be speaking Mandalorian" points to the fear of otherness. The invading hordes of the Mongols Goths and Emos, but they aren't really the invading horde since Coroscant was where they originally came from. They're the same as tribal societies, families become clans and eventually the clans become united under a king. As for the cultural aspects of warfare and testing themselves coming from the sith... I don't see how it came from the Sith. If it does then what of the Republics expansionist ideals? I see the Republic as an expansionist regime bent on imposing it's ideals on independent systems, so very Sith in form but without the culture of testing itself to gain strength, which is not inherently evil. The system of honor is needed for a society to stay together, if a waring culture has no system to keep it together in times of difficulty it fails. Remember Jagi and Mandalore's teachings on flexibility and opportunism, that opportunism is not the Sith stab someone in the back to take their position/Roman political opportunism amongst Senators, and criminals.... same thing, but more tactical creativity as in seeing an opertunity for victory and taking it. I don't know if they have the same Spartanesque sexual relationships, though it's not unheard of for camaraderie to develop into more... intimate relations. (Obligatory ) I think of Mandalorians as a male version of the Amazons in Xena, but besides the obvious gender difference they would worship Ares in place of Artemis. But I am weired.
  14. Snot like you don't get lots of force points, and um, you don't get dark or light mastery bonus. And you always look the same, personally I like to look like a rotting corps. But in terms of roleplaying and philosophy then yes, except you are kind of a fence sitter, and weak because you don't get the rage thing that Marauders get. So roleplaying is a no as well. Weaklings.
  15. ^ No you don't. Not that I would, but I can see why when considering the social laws and moral codes, though in the form of fanfiction. I don't find intellectual papers interesting.... when there of a sociological nature.
  16. Where you ask? The answer is simple. He is... But Kataaaaaaar wasn't destroyed like that, so he is just a puke green husk with hairs all scrunched up lying on his back with his little hands in fists denoting the horribly painful death.... assuming his death was painful, and that he is dead and not hiding on some bog.
  17. I see NPCs in "real Life" they are the ones walking aimlessly that you wave at who have a scripted response of waving and saying "Hello". If you don't wave they just go about their wondering in a set pattern and you never learn anything, but really they're NPCs so they have nothing interesting to say that you can't learn yourself from News Terminals.... "The weather will be fine" "A space battle ensued over Onderon" What this has to do with the question: I just thought of it when driving past the Great Unwashed the other day, see they were doing the same thing two weeks ago. However, in the game when you return later the Jedi say they will be moving the Order, those that were wondering that is. See a method to my madness. The Sith were once Jedi. The Dantooine enclave was used by Jedi, so it stands to reason that the Sith would have known about it because they were once Jedi. Hehe
  18. It depends on whether the locations were added later.... assuming they were added in case the Order was decimated, but then moustache left the order.... or so he said. Handmaiden comments saying she had not seen Atris react so strongly to any other, can't remember exactly if she says Jedi, but her saying it made me think Atris had met with other wandering Jedi, or perhaps they were failed Jedi who were aiding in the rebuilding of Telos, but it also made me think that maybe she got the recording of where they went from someone else, perhaps a student of one of the Masters... Since the trial was long before, why were the locations with the trial recording that Atris kept for her weired hero worship? Maybe they prepared for it after the trial as a precaution, Kavar says they tried looking for the Exile but couldn't find himer. Atris's location is also on the recording so.... so many questions. Either she made it and added her own location unconsciously unless she is so delusional that she doesn't know where she is, or it was already with it when she took either from the library or someone else for.... whatever reason. Good question.
  19. That was in the sticky.... oops. Hehe funny thing... Well, no it's not funny at all. It's fixed now, I had to fart about minimizing, maximizing, and restoring which I tried before. Where is the bangs head on wall emoticon? I didn't have to change the value as you suggested. SWKotor2.ini is the note pad right with a yellow cog that has configuration settings 3KB under it, right? I also found an empty file called 'rims' that would be the over-ride folder, that mods are extracted to...? Yeah um... we can't delete topics.
  20. You know the top and bottom bars and borders in Microsoft Windows? Well for some reason it has appeared around my Kotor game, it wasn't there before and its messing with the camera control, so I can't use the mouse to look around, not only that, it's above the Kotor 'window'... (or whatever the place is called where the visible game is, um... "window" sounds right ) so objects at the bottom are behind it. I deactivated auto updates, I knew that would do jack because I don't have the innanet (thus no Mods running either) I turned off the screen saver... well that was running before anyway so... feh, and I hid the bottom task bar, but I still have the blue bar at the top that says KOTOR2 and one line down the side. I haven't added any new programs, and have experienced no problems previous...ly, I did have a power black out, but I wasn't running the game at that time. And I had a little glitch with a DVD in Widows Media Player, but I know what caused that. I have Widows XP and NVIDIA 7600. Which doesn't matter because it worked fine before. It's really annoying and probably something simple, but if I knew I wouldn't be asking. Can anybody tell me how to fix this?
  21. The Avatar was one I found when looking for emoticons, I think it cute. Signature is the dedication written on the score of Vivaldi's concerto for diverse instruments in F major RV547. The "S.A.S.I.S.P.G.M.D.G.S.M.B." Apart from being a pain in the arse to type is what he wrote to take the piss out of the fashion of using acronyms for everything. It is thought to mean "Sua Altezza Serenissima Il Signor Principe Giuseppe Maria de' Gonzaga Signor Mio Benignissimo" I don't think I need to translate that. I like Vivaldi.
  22. Which means she wont upgrade you personal crystal. I suggest doing Korrban last. That is if you haven't already done it.
  23. Must have been the blond wig that made me think Yenta... Not saying Yoda does drag, that would, be Yentle. Why did I think Streisand? Kotor 2 gets a point for no twist.
