Tatooine Sarlacc Star Map quest. Does that mean the Star Map will be at the bottom?
-
No, I had to add a 'K" for a know. Ed with "it" which means to fix has two, so I could not write that as well.

From the above link. A stronger British term for testicles, which rhymes with 'frollocks', is probably worth a guide entry of its own. To talk this word would mean to talk rubbish or to be misinformed, while to say something is 'the dog's...' (often gentrified as 'the mutt's nuts') would suggest it is the best there is. Legend has it that in the 1950s, construction kits like Meccano would be sold in boxes of various sizes. The list of contents which came with the standard size box would be headed 'Box, Standard' (which elided into 'bog standard' when spoken) and the larger box was the 'Box, Deluxe' which was spoonerised to create the phrase 'The Dog's B******s'. This is such a satisfying explanation for two common forms of British English usage that one really wants it to be true. Fascinating.... I would like a Pom's opinion on the highlighted.

Thank you very much! One more thing , where is Visas Marr , I have forgotten? Sorry, that is wrong about Visas in your party being a prerequisite for the prestige class. While it is a rarity, it is possible to get the prestige class before she I have done it on Dantooine. The only thing that changes is the dialog regarding Nihilus or Visas is not present, such as "It was Visas' master... he is searching for me" or whatever it is. And anything to do with Visas that Kriea says after that. The others choices for that conversation are used.

Found it. I was looking "Advanced " in "System Requirements" via Control Panel... I had forgotten about configure and scan hardware. I did that last time with the old one when it failed almost all requirements. Very helpful as always, and Anti-Alliasing made a great differance, I thought the graphics were fine, but now  :thanks:I should get the movie graphic fix... it's a bit blurry. Q.Why do the Neutrally Aligned NPCs have a light green glow when using Kriea in firstperson view? It's barely noticeable, is it normal? There can be problems on Dantooine with GeForce graphics cards with the game slowing, locking up for a few moments then jerking back leaving the character you are controling locked in possition, the same error appears in KOTOR as well as KOTOR 2. In both cases there is a way to sort the problem out, but it involves messing around with configureation files. I just leave the game to sort itself out and switch to another Character for a minute which unfreezes whoever got stuck. I'll keep that in mind as well as---> It's *that* easy. Sending e-mail or using Word requires more effort from the PC-newb. So helpful :thanks: That does help. :thanks: again. I was just tinkering and found it's possible to change the assigned keys. Shooting with a mouse wasn't as hard as I thought it would be.

I too am a PC Noob, I installed Kotor 2 on my new computer... which is not connected to the Internet, so I can't download patches. It should be interesting to see how far I get. So far T3 is having his twittering cut from conversations. When I installed it on my other primitive piece of garbage which is connected to the Internet, the patches were self installing. Installing the game itself was, (as you have probably discovered) quite simple. I mean it was just putting the right disk in at the right time and clicking ok. The graphics adjustments aren't causing a problem... I did notice some textures appeared washed out (such as on the walls and doors) so I upped the resolution and texture... um, thing (I did say noob at the beginning. ) which solved that. I haven't figured out the Advanced adjustments yet... (weired bunch of letters). It's not the one to do with shadow and grass rendering. I doubt grass would be a problem: Graphics card Nvidia GeForce 7600, I assume the bigger number means it's gooder. I haven't had any lag yet, but I'm only on Citadel Station, not a lot of Force Storm and Wave used there. So far I have not had difficulty with the keyboard interface, it is taking some getting used to, and since I have never played PC games that is to be expected. I do like the hotkeys, though a difference I have noticed as a console user is for changing attacks, you can't cycle up or down as you could with the Xbox, instead you have to click with the mouse. Unless I've missed something in the guide that I didn't read. Feh, who reads them anyway? Also a superficial difference is the camera angle is fixed like in Kotor 1. The lack of vibration is rather odd, but understandable. I can't get over how fast the loading time is.

The only Yoda species? There is another female one of them called Yenta or something... The "Army of Bastilas glitch" is a reference to the multiple Xenas in Xena. Leia/Kreia. The Librarian in the second prequel looks like Atris. The Exile/Obiwan. G0T0/The Antiquated Interrogation Droid. I had something like that in the first game, I entered the tomb of Tulak Hord(or whoever the Light-Saber specialist was) the game jammed spitting me back out the front door to the tomb, where I found I had magically completed the quest giving me a net darkside shift. Another was the Navicomputer freezing making me reload. Those stupid space suits that you have to use twice. Once was bad enough! Somehow when traveling from Korriban instead of landing at a normal regular Space Port I would end up landing in the research station on Manann. That was fun a few times, but killing a Rancor with lightning can get boring. So that forced egg was a bad idea. The weired glitch of T3M4 not being needed to open the door on Taris, I must have asked the Wookie something which got him to bash the door down. There is also the Implants not being a Feat... Who was the idiot that thought it a good idea to make a scout level up as a scout just because you had an implant in at the moment of gaining enough experience, even if your a level 11 Jedi Guardian!? :wallbash: A question that wont be answered, but I choose to use a question mark anyway. The only glitch I've had with Kotor 2 is slight lag in the tomb of Freedon Nadd... not bad lag, a little slower, made it slightly sluggish, and there was a green tinge to the screen. And crashing in the Shyrak cave on the bridge where the assassins are, but that was because I... um made all members use Storm and Wave, so twas my own fault.

I... agree with most of what Architect has said, except for knowing that the PC was Revan earlier than the writers probably intended. However that is possibly as a result of my virginity regarding console role playing games, also at that time I did not possess a particularly extensive knowledge of the typical or atypical plot twists in the fictional universe of Starwars. In comparison to the knowledge that I hold at this moment in the earths cycle around the central celestial body, which in the language of those who derive their verbal form of communication from a diverse and thoroughly interesting mix of Germanic, Latin, and the native tongue of the Brits is simly called "The Sun" it was considerably minute in expanse. One who is more likely to speak with brevity might simply say "I knew little about Starwars when I got KOTOR so I didn't think they would do that. " But judging from Bioware's 'Jade Empire', such plot twists are a common practice for that company which I mentioned previously in this sentence. I am weary with disinterest.

KotoR 3: Ideas, Suggestions, Discussion, Part 22
Purgatorio replied to CoM_Solaufein's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Well it would be logical for it to have something to do with Revan and The Exile since Revan is Revan, and The Exile cleaned up some of his/er mess. It's a law of sorts that the Light side ending is cannon. So yes the Jedi order would be rebuilding.... I feel ill.... Canon doesn't matter. If the PC is POWERFUL there would be a reason for it. Bastila is powerful, so it's possible some other force sensitive that is "strong in the Force" slipped under the radar, more so since there are so few Jedi... Even if The Order is rebuilding there are parts of the era that are untouched in Kotor 1 and 2. I don't think it would be necessary for the main character to have had a past that involved Revan or Exile, that is to say served under either. Nor do I think some freakish immunity to the powers of the enemy would be a good idea (The Exiles wound countering Nihilus) I would like to see more of the blurring of Black Sith and White Jedi that is seen in both Kotors. Also in other parts of the universe, like that Padawan massacre on Taris, the sort of thing that shows how evil the Jedi can be. I like secret organizations, I doubt it would be anything like the Illuminati, but there is potential there. Espionage elitism and social engineering to build a new Golden Age (not true historical french revolution Illuminati...eh you know what I mean) Factions within factions, the choice to play sides against each other, and not just for the end of securing the future of the Republic or becoming The Sith Emperor.... though that would be nice. I've already said elsewhere how much I like space stations, and why. There is so much opportunity in the Outer Rim, that I don't think Coroscant is a must. But sure, if only for the nightlife... and the killing of Senators, and Jedi. My proverbial 2 Credits.... Very small value 2 Credits, you can't even pay off gambling debts for that, let alone buy a Twi'lek. Ooo that reminds me. If there is a choice for a nonhuman PC wouldn't it screw with how aliens call humans "weak, and puny"? My first post in this topic. -

Does a candidate's religion matter more than the issues?
Purgatorio replied to Sand's topic in Way Off-Topic
Unfortunately they are often one and the same. My choices depend on who they are, what the parties policies are, and how the person will toe the party line. That said I would not vote Liberal, what you Americans call Right.... Which is somewhat confusing because the Liberal Party is not liberal. Unless your rich. Because the have links to Christian affiliated groups such as anti-abortionists, and weirdos that want to ban video games. So, no. It depends. Yes, if I don't like how their religion shapes their views, it does matter. I have not voted in this poll. -
OMG! How the hell did you figure that out? LEVEL 4!! : :joy:

All of them are from that conversation. No, not third playthrough. (Actually first on my new PC. ) Exactly what part of that conversation I can't say because I don't have the dialog record, it's full of Grenn now. I'm pretty sure its always been there.

What's the Cheat Node? I know there's a cheat for the bugged Telos Academy (Atris Handmaiden and all that in the sticky), but what's the Jek Jek Tar one? Is it a hidden area? (ask who the Handmaidens are ) ?
-
That was from the conversation on the way to Telos. I like the "Too long" because she said it as Ajunta did. :D And other Krieaisms relating to the Jedi and the Force. Couldn't be anybody but Kriea.

~Too long did the Republic remain unchallenged. It is a stagnant beast that labours for breath... and has for centuries. ~The Jedi Order was the heart that sustained its sickness - now the Jedi are lost, we shall see how long the Republic can survive. ~The Republic was never what was important - ever. It was but a shell that surrounded the Jedi, just as the teachings of the Jedi are a shell surrounding the heart of man. ~You see, the war, the true war, has never been one waged by droids, or warships, or soldiers. They are but crude matter, obstacles against which we test ourselves. ~The true war is waged in the hearts of all living things, against our own natures, light or dark. That is what shapes and binds this galaxy, not these creations of man. ~You are the battlefield. And if you fall, the death of the Republic will be such a quiet thing, a whisper, that shall herald the darkness to come.
