  1. Today's daily challenge is to defeat 25 banes... I just completed scenario with 6 characters (sadly, not won... run out of time due to unfortunate henchman/villain shuffle) but my daily challenge count is still 0/25. PFID: BDD5DDFA710115D5
  2. Reported the same issue before Christmas and still cannot play the AD6 after the hotfix. When you reinstall the game, do you lose your progress, your adventure path characters and gold? Hoping that you don't lose your characters since the game is currently unplayable for me in both mode... too many card feats in quest. No, you don't loose anything... characters, parties, gold, cards & dice from treasure chests, etc. are all saved on your PlayFab account so when you reinstall game it will all be available. I think the only thing that is not saved there is dice assignment to individual characters (meaning they all use default blue dies) so you'll need to do that once again...
  3. Rolls are mostly fine but card shuffler have some issues... I can't remember how many times I evaded something with Merisiel only to have it be a top card of the deck. And having to face Enchantress five times in a row on a same turn at General Store (with 8 cards in a location deck!) was rather fun....
  4. Don't forget Fire Sneeze promo card... that is also Divine attack spell.
  5. Whenever I try to continue playing one of my current parties or start a new one (with either new or experienced characters) game crashes and shut down. EDIT: Turning off the tab and reinstalling the game seem to have solved the issue...
  6. Like I said, it's probably due to Roc being summoned by The Scribbler and not due to having only one open location which would make it extremely hard to recreate... after all, the odds of him summoning Roc out of all the monsters is very slim.
  7. You might find this useful for your Sajan (and other characters) builds: http://paizo.com/threads/rzs2qmqz?Rise-of-the-Runelords-We-Need-a-Snapshot-of http://paizo.com/threads/rzs2r81m?Rise-of-the-Runelords-We-Need-A-Snapshot-of First page is snapshot of characters at the end of AD3, the second is at the end of AD6 in Rise of the Runelords.
  8. Not impressive enough... don't forget that Venomous Heavy Crossbow require a weapon proficiency so it's no good for Sajan. There is really not that many good non-proficiency Dexterity based weapons available. Light Crossbow +1 and Deathbane Crossbow which are probably best of them before you get to AD6 and while they're great when you get them in hand, since Sajan's favored card type is Item that is no guarantee. And having to rely on getting that 1 card out of 21 in your deck (by the time you reach AD6) is not something you want. Not to mention that with Lem in party those weapons will go to him first due to him being guaranteed to start the game with them in hand. Also, most weapons require you to discard them in order to add Fire trait and you will need Fire trait in combat often once you reach AD5. If you're going Zen Archer path then it's OK to give Sajan weapon card feat (in fact, you'll probably give him all 3 weapon card feats!) but as Drunken Master it's pretty much a waste of Card feat. You're much better off giving him additional Item feat and then filling that slot with Amulet of xxxx fists since that also give you boost to combat in addition to giving you other useful traits...
  9. Most likely reason why game hanged is because after teleporting you to a random open location, game tries to shuffle Roc into that location but can't because Roc was summoned and summoned cards can't be shuffled into location.
  10. 8, not counting bug... and I don't know if bug was fixed in last patch or not since I didn't have time to play since then. Not to mention that I avoided playing AD6 due to Morgiv bug. As far as I know, you can't get a role card without completing AD1, AD2 and AD3 first since that is reward for completing AD3 (which require you to complete AD1 and AD2 to unlock). Besides, the only one who you could make an argument of having sub-optimal choice for final feat is Lini... who will get use out of that Weapon Proficiency feat once you give her Ordikon's Staff... For Amiri you pretty much "have" to take two damage reduction feats... it make your life through later AD's much simpler. And you should consider taking damage reduction feats for both Sajan and Seoni. And don't waste your card feat on weapons for Sajan... that is a waste of card feat (especially if you play Drunken Master) since there is no good weapons for him (Temple Swords and especially Acrobatics weapons would be great but we don't have any of those). In fact, you should give him both Magic AND Fire feats since in later AD's you have several monsters that are undefeated unless check to defeat have fire trait. You got those feats right, Amiri, Lem and Seoni get to add d12's to any check made by any character when playing a required blessing (which make it great!), while Harsk, Lini and Valeros only get to improve their own die to d12 when they (and only they) play a blessing on a check using that skill. Making it a waste of feat for Lini and Valeros and somewhat useful for Harsk who do get to replace his d6 Wisdom (Tracker) or d8 Dexterity (Sniper) with d12's.
  11. What you get: - 6 Skill feats - 7 Power feats (3 of those are before you get a role card) - 8 Card feats but two of those only came after completing 6-5 (one for completing AD6 and one for completing AP)... there is currently a bug that gives a card feat following 6-1
  12. I think they fixed it and then re-bugged it at some point (probably with AD4 release!) because I could have sworn that when I solo with Merisiel in late August/early September it worked like it should...
  13. In my recent play-trough I faced Barl Breakbones with Amulet of Fortitude in hand. Since his first check is either Fortitude 12 or Combat 17 I decided to use Amulet to quickly and easily pass that check while preserving resources for his second check... only to get pleasantly surprised when, following the random discard and hand reset the game skipped to win animation, victory screen and rewards without even asking for a second check!
  14. Well, giving weapon to Sajan make sense if it's Temple Sword or one of those Acrobatics weapons but otherwise... not really. Truthfully, none of the alts is really overwhelming and I'd prefer Class Deck versions of the character to this, but I understand why they couldn't do it at the moment.
  15. Nope. Weekly challenge was bugged. Server was handing out treasure chests instead of the Festive Wool Hide card. Not enough time to troubleshoot before the holidays, so we all got the card for free! Actually, I have 3 cards now... one that I should have got (and didn't!) when I completed a challenge and two that I presumably got as free gift in recompense (I also got 5k gold instead of 2.5k). Basically, "free gift" given as a result of bug was itself bugged! Got to love the irony of it...
  16. Paying $25 for the bundle is not that big of a deal... but there are ton of Treasure chest cards I unlocked so far and I'm not really looking forward to unlocking them again.
  17. On the other hand... kudos to you for playing it hardcore.
  18. Not to mention that by every card you put on bottom is basically a free explore... making you go through location much faster.
  19. First of all, depending on your party you may not need to bother with passing the initial check since Amiri, Sajan and Celestial Sorceror Seoni all have ability to ignore that damage and few others can take 1 point of damage without issue. So you don't waste resource on trying to pass that check with any of them. Also hitting 23 should not be too much of a problem at that point... even without Lem in the party. Scrying and Augury are great because you'll put Karzoug on the bottom. Once you find him and put him there you stop using them (meaning they're dead cards) but you can still use Quill, Spyglass and Magic Spyglass to rearrange top cards the way it's most beneficial. Seelah's Crusade ability is also great here... until you find Karzoug and put it on the bottom with Augury/Scrying. Then you can't use it anymore unless you took upgrade that allow you to put the card under top card (which you probably should have). Make sure you have enough heals (Lem is great here... give him Mass cure and cast it every turn by not recharging it!). Yes, getting through 5 Wardens is a chore but you more or less have all the time in the world... so if someone is in bad shape and can't possibly beat him: don't explore.
  20. Too many resources how? Yes, when encountered everyone had to take Constitution/Fortitude check but individual success/failure should have no effect on everyone else. That "Damage dealt by the Warden of Runes is dealt to each character at this location" power only apply to failing a combat check! It should not apply to damage from "Before you act" phase. If it does then it's a bug...
  21. Well, armor is more or less dead card in RotR but that's because RotR for the most part is way too easy. Paizo did "fix" this issue somewhat in later Adventure Paths both by increasing difficulty so you keep armor there mostly to insure a villain doesn't discard you hand during "before you act" phase of combat.
  22. No, it should not be like that... summoned cards cannot summon another card. So defeating a monster summons Hound but that Hound can't summon another when it's defeated.
  23. Spells should have chains on them by default when the encounter start... but you should still be able to select them and choose discard (which then triggers Arcane check).
  24. You know, you had to laugh at this... a gift we get as an apology for dealing with bugs is itself bugged.
