The researchers also discovered the "pay" they were expecting. And that was LOW. Driving home... A hamburger from the Mac... Breezer... (Altough this only gave oral stuff...) EDIT: Oh, and in other news our government now also hates Google since it can show you Child Pornography and the newspapers most gladly reported about this way, even giving the search terms and links for the backdoor and such...
-
For a freaking hamburger non the less... Go bother your parents to get that stuff, not blow some random stranger PS. And when some nice guy brings you home you can also say "Thank you" instead of doing a 69... Kids these days...

I started the game off as T3M4 on Peragus.

On X-box? -
Dreamfall will be here. Most cost about $50 here, but with the shop where I buy I get 10-12% reduction... Damn, I got to move to Canada. Some other Canadians (on another forum) claimed though that the prices were almost the same though (also around $50)...

CDN = how many euro's?

Dreamfall: The Longest Journey review
Hassat Hunter replied to funcroc's topic in Computer and Console
Lucky sons of ... Dutch release: 12th of may. Now beat that crap (good thing it is less than 40 bucks for release...but that only covers the waiting by a small bit) -
No. As it is 50 bucks is already 20% more expansive as it was before the euro was introduced... any higher for a non-special edition and somebody looses a costumer... Yet it happens more and more even new PC games cost 60. Good thing that is mostly junk... EDIT: I am slow. Reply to Hades' post

After playing the demo's for DX (first 2 levels) I expected it to be filled with humans and droid enemies... COOL. Untill I meet those nasty critters in MJ12's lab. Same with several other games, where suddenly it changes to fantasy while this is NOT what made the game so good before. Obvious examples: Dragons in True Crime (oh, the irony) Yellow Stuff in Fahrenheit Monsters in Far Cry and Deus Ex Ofcourse if there IS a fantasy setting I don't mind having that stuff... I posses more games with a fantasy setting than a real-life setting, but if they try to mix that up it goes wrong. Thinks how awfull the next things will be: Aliens and monsters in Grand Theft Auto A racing game in the current time where you have to avoid helicopters dropping bombs (NFS: Hot Persuit 2...awfull game) Commando's game where you have to fight aliens As example one of the major complaints to WO II shooters Return to Castle Wolfenstein and Mortar are the having of zombie stuff... and now see, alot of WO II setting games no longer have Zombie-stuff around. Evolution!

KotoR 3: Ideas and Suggestions
Hassat Hunter replied to Fionavar's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Failed it the first time... when all the cutscenes run and I suddenly was into that scene, no idea what to do (nor that there was radar and a healthbar) :"> -
I don't think they fitted in. Just like the Panzerklein wannabe's in DX:IW (Suited Templars) or those Illuminate Commando's in IW. And if they did fit in why not keep them just to that lab in MJ12's base and in Versalife, instead of in other levels too? (query: What did greasels/karkians do in Paris or Oceanbase/running free around Area 51?) <_<
-
Reminds me of Deus Ex. All great, but why the aliens. The #1 reason why the endgame of DX sucks is that Oceanlab and Area 51 are overrun by those lame things... Couldn't they just use more bots/soldiers or equip soldiers better/use nano-teched soldiers or anything else that DID fit the setting?

Found it Can't get the movie maker to work though, or is that the wrong program? EDIT: Changed link to go direct to Alanschu's Wherewolf post... SECOND EDIT: I am an idiot... here is the 2 seconds movie

What was fun was that Westwood send a letter towards Blizzard with "Nice Dune2 clone" after WarCraft was released... :D Good old days where not every game looked like the old one

Dreamfall: The Longest Journey review
Hassat Hunter replied to funcroc's topic in Computer and Console
Nah, there is plenty of "combat" in Fahrenheit (call it by it's name, damnit ) Now hopefully Dreamfall has more puzzles and less such things as while fun within Fahrenheit, there doesn't seem such an "8 button pad" sceme in DF, nor does it really looks the type of game where such would be fun... -
Well, I found another (very funny) nice bug. It involves the AI going back and forth so fast it looks like there are 2 of them. Screens don't work... pictures look bad and movies (how low the resolution, and how short the movie) are way too big So does anybody knows how to reduce the size of a FRAPS-movie (as to make 0:02 not take up 5MB)? EDIT: Adding best pic (note: 1 skeleton is visible on this pic... do I have to say more?)
-
Still, 10 bucks more per game. Doesn't make me a happy gamer... I find 50 bucks (for a brand new PC-game) too much already anyways...

Could get some minor help here with the ... Bug: When running around there bumping into the invisible wall can get the mini-map cleared of ALL items. This also includes the "here are you" Hero Icon... Query to SS: Did the Ingame help and manual creators work together with the devs. As both the manual and ingame help says on Lockpick upgrade "From now on only 3 tumblers can/will fall when you break a lockpick" but the real ingame way is "From now on 1 succesfully upped tumbler will not drop when a lockpick breaks. Works for all the locks difficulty levels..." EDIT: PS. If there is a system to "re-plant" objects like food on locations make sure that the "bowl" underneath it is also spawned if needed. Flying apples for everyone! (gotta love no physics )

Nor when you found all 4 masters, since it is always "GO TO DANTOOINE" from then on. Especially annoying if the master you where looking for was along way from meeting Kreia and there were some lvl-ups between (Korriban and Vash for example)...
-
Isn't it lovely how Sony and MS try to regain lost income from units from gamesells thereby making the games 10 (or more) bucks more expensive, and still the devs receive less than they would without a "licenced system fee" games

TSL Restoration Project: The Phantom Deadline
Hassat Hunter replied to Aurora's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Just read through the Team Gizka forums and just found something I had to reply too. Since making an account there and actually reply there would make too much sense I do it here : So one person made a post saying "If you sell X you can buy it back again for a higher cost"... This is true except for 2 merchants. One being one of the Merchants of the Merchant Wars and the other the Crystal Seller of Dantooine. Which brings me to the question I wanted to ask: Is the "Reset" of the Crystal Merchant of Dantooine when bringing in the Will and thus not getting yourself an additional lightsaber (Bad!) fixed? Is there something that *should* happen when returning to her after giving the will, that is not there due to the reset bug? And talking about lightsabers, how about the "Vogga's Horde" Sleeping for the Hutt bug. Will that be fixed? -
How Long did it take you to pass kotor1 and kotor2
Hassat Hunter replied to Sturm's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Both games where completed a week after getting it. On the exact time: Dunno... -
Seconded... There is no health-risk though... unless you try to use that microwave again later...

Thanks for the link. Sounds pretty good to me... even though it will never be available here in this smallish country (Is *that* Goth music? I would have expected worse )
-
All these different genre things make me go I usually just differt music in the genres Techno/Trance (yeah, it is different, but I group it together since I lack the knowledge to know when it is one or the other), Rock, Pop, Rap/R&B (dunno the difference between these 2 either) and "other" (since I cannot rank 'em) I know what Techno is and I love it, but what is Dark wave and Dark electro?
