  1. Just to add in, if you encountered and failed the Before You Act check vs a Bunyip, you'll have -1 to all checks for the rest of the turn.

  4. If you purchased the bundle and didn't get the C deck, you should now have it (as of 7:00pm PST). Restart the game and it should be there.
  5. I tried to find something, but noticed nothing except that the Enchanter has a "difficulty is increased by the Adventure number" effect. If you run into this again, can you provide a screenshot? It's fine if it's after the roll and during the discard phase. Thanks!
  6. Dead characters shouldn't receive the power if they died in that playthrough. On subsequent playthroughs, however, they should receive their reward. We'll look into it!
  7. Are you trying to run the game on both an iPad and an Android? Your game center name should be whatever is displayed when you open the gamecenter app. What is your account name so we can check the accounts for your cards?

  9. Using the phase bar at the top right, click on the trash can icon. That'll end the turn and put you in the discard state so you can discard cards before the reset occurs.
  10. That's very odd. What device and OS are you running the game on?
  11. Cards are boosters to the decks that can be acquired during scenarios. Akin to the physical game where there is a box of cards that you pull from when you make the location decks, the boosters are added to that group of cards and you have a chance of encountering and acquiring them in play. We'll look into the issue with the cards not revealing on open. If you provide your game center name we can check your account and make sure you got the boosters you were supposed to get.
  12. We're aware of issues with Quest Mode for some people and are looking into it. If you have further issues, feel free to drop a line in the Tech Support Forums.
  13. You should have gotten the first batch right away when you purchased. For the following days, you need to go to the store home page and click the button there to pick it up. Does this button not indicate you own daily gold, either?

  15. When reporting an issue, please provide the relevant information below for your problem. General (For all issues) What platform are you on? Stream/Android/iPad, etc. What version of the OS are you running? Android 4.4, iOS 9.3, etc. What model is the device? Galaxy Tab 3, iPad Mini 4, etc. What is your PFID#? (Located in the settings menu) Login Issues When you launch the game, does the welcome popup appear for Game Center/ Google Play Games? On the main screen, what is the text displayed in the blue box at the top? (Logged into GooglePlayGames, Logged into Game Center, or Link Social Gaming Network) Store Issues What products were purchased? What products are missing (if any)? Gameplay Is pass & play on? Is permadeath on? Tutorial, Story Mode, or Quest Mode? (If not quest mode, did you recently enter it?) Characters in Party Location of each character Turn Order Scenario & Scenario Difficulty. If on non-normal difficulties, which wildcard powers are in play? What card was encountered when the issue occurred? (Or check, or card just played, etc) Did the issue occur on the first explore or a subsequent explore? If subsequent, what card did you last encounter? What was its resolution? (IE, you just encountered an enchanter and failed the check, and on an additional explore you ran into a blessing of the gods but didn't auto acquire it) Did other characters aid the check? What did they use to aid it? Was the encounter a Horde? (Skeleton Horde, Goblin Raid, Zombie Nest, Zombie Horde, Garrison Location Power w/ multiple characters, Henchmen encounter in Black Fang w/ multiple characters)
  16. Hello everyone! We're listening and looking into the issues that are being reported. Below is a list of known issues. Please Note: While Android phones can download the game, phones, emulators, and smart TVs are not currently supported. We plan to have an official launch on phones in the coming months, with a better UI and better optimization for them. Known Issues HOT ISSUES: - Card stuck in the middle of the screen after canceling. Workaround: If your card gets stuck on the screen, go to menu > vault > exit vault. The card should now be back in your hand. Performance/Crashing Issues - Performance issues on Main Screen or when Character Health is low on some devices Fix: Open options and turn off "Effects". - Crashing when character has low health (particularly on iPad 2 and older) Fix: Open options and turn off "Effects". - Sometimes you'll be unable to load your party and see the banner with overlapping text in the middle of the screen Potential Workaround: Clear the app cache and/or play through the tutorial again. Interface Issues - Certain card interactions that require a drag are missing a button option - You currently cannot view character's abilities and cards in the store. Network - Network Connection issues (Frequent popups even when there is a strong wifi connection) Potential Workaround: Ensure you're connected to Gamecenter / Google Play games - Can't login with Google Play Account Potential Workaround: Clear cache on the game app and Google Plays app, then sign back in to Google Plays. Gameplay - Seelah: Using Inspired Grace when Illsoari Gandethus is on top of the deck causes problems. - Cannot use Potion of Ghostly form to evade Poison Trap henchman - Rat Swarm at the Garrison causes a literal Rat Swarm to happen - Seelah's Insprired Grace can see the next card in the deck - Lini's Beastform is not recalculating extra strength dice that were added before power activation - Rare the Game is not doing math correctly for dice rolls - Using Mending can cause progression breaks Purchase Issues - Character Add-On not being granted with the Rise of the Runelords Bundle Fix: Go to this thread and follow instructions so we can resolve the issue. As of 7:00pm PST, 4/28 anyone with this issue should have it resolved. Restart the game and the deck should be part of your bundle. - Daily Gold purchase problems Potential Workaround: If the timer seems to have reset and you don't have a button, restart the app to display the button - Bundle Purchase showing as owned but not granting characters Possible Fixes: Restart the app Log out/in of Game Center / Google Play Games If you are logged in properly and can access the characters or adventures part of the store, contact support at support@obsidian.net
  17. Can you provide the crash logs? If you use PC: Connect the device to PC, open iTunes, and sync. After sync has finished, open File Explorer and navigate to "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\<device name> Search for a file with the game name (pacg1) of the "CRASH" filetype. On Mac: Open Finder (found in the Dock) Click on the 'Go' menu at the top of your screen, and select 'Go to Folder' Type (or paste): ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/ Open the folder with the same 'name' as your device. (Note: your device name appears in iTunes on the left side, under 'Devices'). Search for PACG1 and retrieve any files found in that folder. For the crossbow, that is correct behavior. Blessings add an additional copy of the main die - in your case it was the dexterity die, which was the d8. 2d8 + 1d10 is expected for Harsk using the heavy crossbow with a blessing (and other characters with d8 dex). We're looking into the other issues.

  19. Just to throw it out there, I have a Galaxy Avant that I personally play the game on. We don't officially support phones yet, but you can download and play it on Android phones. A tablet definitely offers a better experience, though! The buttons are small, and some UI interactions are a pain, but, yes, it is functional!

  22. I understand the pain of long work weeks! Thanks for what your provided! It sounds similar to the other reveal/bury/discard issues people have had with cancelling. We'll look into this with the blessing and see what we find.
  23. If you still encounter the issue on the Android, we do have a way of getting saves off devices. If you still have the save: Connect the Android Device to your PC. Open Windows Explorer and open the device Open the Android Folder, then data -> net.obsidian.pacg1 -> files Copy the PACG1_SAVE_GAMES folder to your PC Zip and send!
