locked characters in quest mode
Hannibal_PJV replied to nsr's question in Pathfinder Adventures: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
If the characters has same nick Name... maybe. But Locked characters has normally mean corrupted save game in previous incarnations of the game. -
Don't press arrow Until you have make all changes... it is according the rules. Stage 1: remake decks using cards find during the scenario and cards in characters decks Stage 2: if the decks Are not legal after stage 1, add card(s) from the box using cards that Are two levels below character level. So if you press arrow, you have by passed the stage 1. So in you case, if you did put Deathbane to common area during stage 1, it is nor available at stage 2 because there Are enough weapons in the characters and because Deathbane is less that two levels below characters.

Workaround fix for Cure bug?
Hannibal_PJV replied to Tiltowait's question in Pathfinder Adventures: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
Newer met this one. Does other cards that make you roll a die work? Chests, greater cure and so on? -
Oh... interesting. It is the Amiri move at the end of the turn power? Have worked on my games so far, but have not tested Amiri after the last patch. I will test it to see if that is something new. Edit: Yep, the Amiri move action is only useable if you chose the arrow icon, so there is some trigger bug in there.

No, but similar to other dice based difficulty bleeding bugs. And there has been guite Many of them. Normally it has been about villain bonus added to summoned bane. But yep, this is first time (I think?j when hero roll bleeds to bane check. But I have a funny feeling that linis d4 has bleeded even before... but not sure of that...

My personal hope is that dev will develop new locations to the location pool for the quest mode to allow greater variance. But I am sure that this kind of hope is not very high on the todo list. But it would definitely improve the user experience, if there would be more variation to the locations (and boons and banes).

In quest mode there seems to be more like 2-5 different settings, so it means because there is so few posibilities, you see most of them too Many times. It is not rnd problem, it is a problem of having too few posibilities in the Beginning... So not all locations Are in the pool all the time only some of them. Think that you try to draw 1 random Number from 3 posibilities... you see same Numbers guite often. We just don't know the location or hensman, or the villain pool...

It happens from time to time. Weapons that give reroll Are good. And any extra dice Also. Also ally that gives direct pluss can help. I have made some very lucky and very unlucky rolls in both physical and digital version of this game so I am used to them Three dice have to get 4... can not go wrong... have to get 12 with 2d6, no problemo. Dice games Are sometimes like that. But augyry, Magic class and other cards that allow you to seee what is next Are very usefull, so that you can be sure that best character is taking the roll. So scouting is the way to go!
