  1. Best part of Ravenholm. Didn't realize I could do that til 3rd or 4th playthrough. Sure saves the ammo, and looks cool. I actually found out about it because I was almost out of ammunition -well, I had under fifty pistol rounds- and I was using the gravity gun to buy me time before they were in rage of my trusty crowbar. However, to my delight, one of these babies came flying trough the air, and the results are plainly viable in those screenshots...
  2. I'm going to hold off until it's around $30 or Episode 2 is around $15... Always have a game in back up in case the one you are playing fails. DS failed in keeping my attention. Back to basics. And Bloodlines is a great game to fall back on...

  13. Heh, there's one major design flaw here - their equipment works against them just as well as it works for them...
  14. Half Life 2: Riot Act
  15. Why? It will only affect the Kot0R II.exe and nothing else...
  16. I'm playing a HL2: Episode One modification.
  17. No idea, it might be related to the other problem though...
  18. Ok, the drum brakes were not exactly what I was thinking of
  19. Try the following: 1. Launch KOTOR2. 2. Before starting a new game, or loading an old one, ALT-TAB back to Windows -or do something else to bring up the Task Manager-. 3. Bring up the Task Manager, unless you have already done so (CTRL-ALT-DEL key combination or right-click on the taskbar). 4. Click "Processes". 5. Right click Kot0R II process (swkotor2.exe), and somewhere there should be an option Set Affinity - select CPU 0 or deselect CPU 1 (Windows should now only be using one core for KOTOR2). 6. Go back to the game and see if this helped.
  20. Bring up the task manager while in game, and set the application
  21. The brakes, if you are talking about disc-breaks
  22. You might try turning off one of your cores...
  23. I'll have to find the link, but there is already a mod for Morrowind that adds those...
  24. I believe you have to tweak the game to run on a dual-core system...
