  1. I'm going to hold off until it's around $30 or Episode 2 is around $15... Always have a game in back up in case the one you are playing fails. DS failed in keeping my attention. Back to basics. And Bloodlines is a great game to fall back on...

  10. Could you get them to post why they are prohibiting you from trying the fix? If not, could you post why? That is the only solution I have heard of, so I really think you should ask them why they don't want you to try it.

  19. Try the following: 1. Launch KOTOR2. 2. Before starting a new game, or loading an old one, ALT-TAB back to Windows -or do something else to bring up the Task Manager-. 3. Bring up the Task Manager, unless you have already done so (CTRL-ALT-DEL key combination or right-click on the taskbar). 4. Click "Processes". 5. Right click Kot0R II process (swkotor2.exe), and somewhere there should be an option Set Affinity - select CPU 0 or deselect CPU 1 (Windows should now only be using one core for KOTOR2). 6. Go back to the game and see if this helped.

  24. I believe you have to tweak the game to run on a dual-core system...
