Well regardless if it is out or not, I must wait for a few needed upgrades before I get it. I doubt the game would run to my satisfaction with my current outdated set up.

The only real proof of anything is press releases by the company. Anything else is either in the category of speculation, propaganda, rumors and all out lies.

Yes indeed it does. You spend $49.99 on a game, the least they can do is put in a jewel case, or something that will protect the CD.

Paper sleeves are cheap and lead to broken CDs. Surely game companies can afford a few cents to package it in a jewel case.
