It can only go 2 ways. Either it's dead for good or it will go the Star trek way. To be profitable in Hollywood, movies must now cover most of their cost during the first week/weekend(from release day to following sunday, inclusively). If the film achieves such a "feat", a sequel is almost assured(like 80% sure). If not, the franchise is pretty much dead(like 80% "pretty much"). I'm hoping it will go Star Trek, without R.Berman of course.

I would prefer a serious and dramatic series finale, the complete opposite of what the show is known for. -Marge leaves Homer for Ned. -Homer dies in a car accident driving Maggie to the daycare, Maggie dies at the hospital right after saying "I forgive you father". -Lisa tries cocaine "to be cool" in the eyes of some dreamy boy and she ends up doing kiddy pr0n. -Bart falls ill, like leucemia or something and gets run over by Skinner who ends up on the electric chair for killing Bart. -Willy does Milhouse. Repeatedly. -Bumblebee man becomes incredibly successful and rich after appearing in a show about everything. -And so on and so forth. :D

The language change I'm guessing would be via a download from Steam so you could probably also go and check some of the files available for download. If the language files are already in the game, sometimes it is only a matter of changing a line in the .ini file in the game directory. But that you won,t be able to do until you buy it. Also, since you are writing in english, why is the english version of the game a problem?

I haven't bought a stratedy guide in a long time. I think it was for Star Ocean Second Story. I like them for the same strange reason I like the manuals for some PC games like Baldur's Gate and NWN. Strategy guides usually incorporate all the info from the manual plus of course everything else about the game. I find it makes for great casual reading on the bus or metro and the books quality is usually top notch. However with internet, their use is rather limited and it is hard to justify a 20-30$ price tag for information you can get for free. I don't think I would've been able to find Cloud in FFT without the guide... Meh.
