  2. Hey guys, You can export your save files so you wont lose your quest mode save. Try clearing the cache for those apps first before uninstalling and reinstalling. Getting game files: Connect the Android Device to your PC. Open Windows Explorer and open the device Open the Android Folder, then data -> net.obsidian.pacg1 -> files Copy the PACG1_SAVE_GAMES folder to your PC Zip and send!

  4. Hey everyone, This could be an issue due to having full character saves. Please check your character saves and see if you have 24. If that is the case, then it was probably and issue where quest mode ended and it didn't have any more available slots to place those characters.

  6. Thanks guys, Some of these issues are already known, but I'll run it by the team to make sure they will all get addressed, though, they will not go into the hotfix patch, but the patch after.
  7. Hey bouquetoftruth, Yes are you correct on all fronts! Your saves are stored locally on your device and when you connect online, it will sync with the cloud. Thanks!

  9. I'm sure you've done this arleady but, does deleting the cache for google play games and play services resolve the issue? Perhaps a device restart?

  13. Hey sbarham, Welcome to the forums and thanks for joining us. This is actually due to a bug for leaving your game running in the background for more than 23 hours. Please contact support@obsidian.net with your PFID# (located in the settings menu) and a copy of your receipt. We'll be fixing this issue in a hotfix patch. Thanks!
  14. Hey everyone, We came across a couple of bumps in this patch and we will be releasing a hotfix patch soon. So if you see an update in the near future, you'll know why! The hotfix will include: Fixing a bug that was asking for permission to manage phone calls on your device. Adding the missing treasure chest asset that is missing in the store page. Fixing an issue that is revoking your purchase of the Rise of the Runelord bundle from your account if you leave you game running in the background for over 23 hours. So please, please do not leave your game running in the background for more than 23 hours. If you have experienced this bug, please contact support@obsidian.net and we'll get your sorted out. Restoring your purchase will fix your saved games. Please provide your: PFID# (located in the settings menu) A copy of your receipt (actual email copy) Thank you all for being so understanding and awesome!

  18. Hey PinkRose, We just tested a tablet here that has no internet connection and was able to play the game offline. Could you please upload some screenshots of the errors that pop up? Thanks!
  19. Hello amwf, Welcome to the forums and thanks for joining us. Could you please be more specific? Did this happen as a result of patching the game? Do you have multiple google play/gamecenter accounts? If so, are you on the correct account? Thanks!
  20. Hey Rontu23, After taking a look at your output log, it does look like your game files are corrupted or you are missing files. To fix this, just go to your Steam library and right click Pillars of Eternity > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache. That should do the trick. Thanks a bunch!
  21. Hey everyone! Sorry about all of the confusion and speculation that is going around. It was a mistake on our part to state that the 3.03 patch will be "the last patch" for Pillars of Eternity. For that, please accept our sincerest apologies. With that said, we understand your concerns and we are still listening to your feedback, which we greatly value.   23. Nice work PinkRose! After speaking with our programmers, it looks like you'll have to stick to this workaround if it happens again. Unfortunately there isn't anything we can do on our end to prevent this from happening again if it does. Sorry you lost all of your quest mode data mccrispy =( Thanks!
