I dunno I've been very poor most of my life and we simply went without. Luxury goods were bought on steep discounts and usually bargain bin after months of saving up and waiting so I guess I just find it hard to sympathize

I actually like the super powers as it makes some of the more mundane activities like getting from point A to point B more interesting for me. I will admit I still drive occasionally just to listen to the radio

I played it safer with my betting and took the Spurs in 7 but I'm still thinking they can do it in 6 EDIT: There are 6 of us in the work betting pool this time and two of the guys picked the Heat to sweep, and one each for the Heat in an additional game. I'm the only one to pick the Spurs at all, most everyone else is diehard bandwagon Heat fans

I thought it would have been cool if the beta was a little self contained side story that takes place in some little nook or cranny of the world. There could even be some minor reference to it in the game proper.

It's essentially like buying a real book and then giving it to your friends to read it, Honestly, how many centuries old is the custom of lending a book/lawnmower/whatever to your friend without it being a crime? Do we have to start now? I mean yeah, it's a very blurry issue with the advent of digital posessions, but if my sister could lend me a novel (which is you know, her property now) without the police crashing the door down, that would be great. No issue with lending and borrowing (or backups or sharing with your household) personally, it's the fact that it's a digital good and as you said it gets blurry. If someone gives you an old novel there is still just the one novel and borrowing a lawnmower doesn't spawn a second lawnmower so that you and your neighbor can have a lawn mowing race. Anyway that's still not really what bester was talking about. If he and 19 friends each pitch in a quarter and they buy 1 novella and then make 19 copies is that piracy?

If it is considered to be racist if a white guy made it then is it not still racist if a black guy made it instead? Serious question. Does the content change based solely on the skin color (or sex or religion) of the creator?

Fantasy Fest is hilariously fun provided you don't mind a lot of people not wearing not a lot of things they shouldn't never not wear.
