It's like any game, if you want a better and likely cheaper product then wait a few months. Personally, I've had no real issues but from the many complaint threads you can see that others have. Of course people are more likely to be vocal about it if their experience is negative so take it with a grain of salt.

Eder is the only one that's never left my party. I was planning on keeping all the original companions with me the whole time and just rotating the others in and out of that last slot but I ended up liking them more than I thought I would. I never take the sidekicks off the boat but Xoti, Serafen, and Aloth are probably getting the most party time after Eder though Maia is catching up. I'm playing on classic and function and performance aren't a part of my decision making, just picking personalities I like. Honestly, I've never even looked at any stats other than my own.

Could try to get an Obsidian guild going but last time we did that with Rift it fizzled out quickly. I think I only ever saw Calax and Hurlshot and even then just like once or twice before everyone abandoned that game

Yep, it's been working for me. Did you type iroll20s first to enable cheat commands? Tab also helps. Try typing the first letter or two of each word and then hit tab. It will autocomplete or cycle through the options if there are more than one

Yes but they reside in Memphis now

The console release is a ways off still so that's why there isn't much info on that front. I've heard the first game was a good console adaptation so hopefully the second one is as well. If you want to play the game any time soon then PC is the only choice

I enjoyed it a lot more with friends than I did solo
