  1. I can recommend getting the Fighters cross class talent (something with recovery) for the paladin and ofc ancient memory for the chanter, combine that with camping bonus healing and you will be a lot sturdier. The shield gives enemies boni if you are charmed.
  2. I can't really smack talk passive healing since even tho I use potions, since there are plenty, it always annoys me. Yes, bash gives you a full attack, I personally recomend shields other than small cuz accuracy, also bash doesn't benefit from enchanting, since a superb shield for example just gains deflection and reflex bonus, so your accuracy with bash is low.
  3. Sadly suppressed also doesn't mean if you lose one image the other will pop up.
  4. Idk I liked the 175 accuracy crit on the adra dragon with disintegration, not that it was absolutely necessary, since she was already near death, a graze with 165 would probably have had the same effect. Then again I built focus by attacking her in melee where crits also helped. In short, yes +10 acc can mean a lot, since it also applies to spells, especially for cipher it's great since you use both weapons and spells.
  5. You have to crit to destroy the eyless, which shouldn't be impossible on Hard, since all enemies have -15 defense. Do you have a tank or somebody you can respec to a tank with max fortitude? If you have a chanter, paladin or fighter tank with max fortitude and couple this with defensive mindweb from cipher your whole party will be pactically invulnerable to the eyless. A paladin ofc also has zealous focus for dat accuracy, if you now rest using a camping bonus vs vessels you are halfway there. Give your barb and Maneha th respective WF for the vessel destroying weapons and maybe even use scroll of valor and/or potions for even more acc.
  6. I would never dishonour the memory of St Rumbalt by doing that Haha. Yeah above fine works, too.
  7. I've got to say I disagree on RES, if CON is not maxed on a barb rather max that. Sure if out of the 10 points you save from Dex you can still put some in Res be my guess, but if you need them to max con do that.
  8. Gamepressure is very good for maps if you are looking for hidden loot or quests, but the enemy info there is not for Potd (I would assume normal, since for example i states there are 2 drakes on Searing falls, whilst there are a lot more on Potd .:D
  9. Even tho it's self advertisement, you can watch my trio: I do everything in the game, not quite finished with WM2 yet, but soon.
  10. Those are good for classes that don't have their own attack speed buffs (and there are enough of those) but with cipher I barely use it and if, at the start of a fight but if building focus is easy I'd rather time parasite.
  11. I guess two handers are still weaker than sabres even after the patch, so I'm kinda glad sabres got nerfed. I might still go with St. Rumbalt just cuz of the crit afflictions, but if you don't play rogue or ranger you're not gonna be critting all day on comparitively low level say below 12.
  12. Btw because of Stun I'm convinced by now that coastal Aumaua is actually a lot better than I and many people saw it compared to Wild Orlan. There's so many things you can do vs paralyze and even petrify but for stun you only have the talent to get +10 (which combined with the fort talent is very good nonetheless) and since Aumaua also gives +2 Mi it's not that shabby to begin with.
  13. Right now only possible with the blade of the endless paths + durgan + either Alacrity or similar class specific buffs like Time parasite. I'm not quite sure what max dex would add to the equasion tho, since the char I tried it with was GM and she "only" has 16 base dex. Maybe with 20+ Dex you can do it with other weapons.
  14. All kinds of DoTs sadly don't count as a kill or the maximum damaga for your char. I always curse the statistics in this game, other games do that better, but it is worse than mere statistics if you want to get on kill effects. Back when I soloed my cipher I always wondered why for ages my best kill was some random adragan or something, while I killed the sky dragon, until I realised I killed it with disintegration and PoE sadly doesn't credit the caster of a DoT with the kill. As I said in another threead in my trio now it's extremely pparent that DoTs don't count even as damage done by the caster (except for the initial tick I guess) since my paladin is listed as highest damage overall, even tho dragon slashed did a lot between level 9 and 13. So the same applies ofc for a wounding weapon and on kill effects will not trigger.
  15. You could use Fenwalkers or just kite. But honestly you can level a lot more than 8 before you absolutely have to fight crystal eaters/banshees/vithracks/adragans.
  16. St. Rumbalt is something I will definitely test, when I have both Instinct and Parasite crits happen to fast to count. Thx for the tip.
  17. Congratz! Did you do the temple of Eothas in Gilded Vale, the miller quest, rescue the cook in Valewood, the Smith's shipment, the bay quest for Aufra or smth, the looter quest on Madmre bridge and rescue Giacco in Raedric's castle?
  18. Why did you not finish the quests in Act 1 first? (apart from killing Raedric) Those are gonna get you to lvel 4 easy.
  19. Are you using 20 minimum Int and high Mi dragon chant yet? It absolutely destroys those sirens. If you don't have defensive mindweb yet, you could try if Llengrath's potions help the survivability of the Devil, maybe coupled with moonwell and def buffs from your priest.
  20. I love Tidefall, just tested it the other day. I don't really mind having slight recovery and doing less damage, since with my ciphers awesome attack speed the stacking wounding is pretty amazing. Tidefall might actually be better vs dragons than bittercut.
  21. Adra and Alpine (Alpine is even immune to crush). One of the bog Dragons has 51 DR to pierce which is basically immune and 26 to crush. Adra Animats have 33 pierece and 26 crush DR. But those are the kind of enemies you don't meet every day in the Dyrwood.
