  1. Godlike racials look weak because they can't wear helmets and with the new helmets added by WM2 it starts looking like a big drawback. To be fair they should keep their actual abilities and get something comparable with what helmets can add, not more. Death should get maybe some bonuses per kill, fire could get some fire absorption passive like the Rymrgrand Mantle and for nature some kind of aura offering small bonuses to you and your party...
  2. You have to know what your endgame equipement will be for your party and then it's easier to decide. Now that you have also legendary enchantments you might need to plan even more because you don't want to spend superb/legendary enchantments on the same items.
  3. Up (I would like to hear the official stance on the matter)
  4. Up (even if it seems minor)
  5. I can confirm the ranger and the paladin can solo every encounter. Probably all classes can solo, but most of them have to skip some content. For the paladin I would wait until next patch because there are some bugs right now.
  6. The reason is the rogue can generate the most focus when there's only a single target to hit. And of course he has the highest single dps which is nice vs bosses.
  7. Composition: Paladin (full defensive build) Cipherx2 (full offensive build) Barbarian (dual wield full offensive build) Chanter (dual wield full offensive build) Rogue (dual wield full offensive build) Strategy: Ciphers open from range to replenish their focus at the beginning of the fight. First cipher will cast Defensive Mindweb and all the party will have the same defenses as the paladin. Second cipher will use Reaping Knives on the rogue. Chanter uses damage reduction chant. Second cipher can keep the paladin stunned using Silent Scream for the entire combat to boost the defenses of the entire party over 200 if really needed (the paladin can still use Sacred Immolation). First cipher can also cast Reaping Knives on the barbarian. Both the rogue and the barbarian get Novice's Suffering for increased Reaping Knives damage. Pros: No need to rest. Moderate micromanagement. Tactics are simple and work for all fights. Fast killing speed due to the huge raw damage potential. Cons: Works only at lv 15+
  8. You should try to pick Persistence - I think you'll have better results even if it will be only exceptional. Other than that I suppose you already have Bartender's Ring, Boots of Speed, Munacra Arret, Lilith's Shawl, Gauntlets of Accuracy, Girdle of Maegfolc Might...
  9. The Engwithan Scepter has the unique Speed enchantment however it doesn't have a gold icon like the other uniques. I made more than once the mistake of selling it thinking it was just a fine scepter, when it's clearly one of the best implements in the game...
  10. The raw damage part of the wounding shot shouldn't be affected by the DR of the target. Right now shooting against a high DR target means also very low raw damage. The wounding part is basically a 100% raw "lash". Lashes are calculated against DR/4 when they are physical/elemental. Raw "lashes" should be calculated against 0DR. Right now Wounding Shot damage is affected by the full DR, which isn't right.
  11. Fully buffed he should be able to reach 80acc... That means he can hit anything up to 165def.
  12. I don't think it's impossible. He only needs to make Thaos use his Cleansing Flame on a summon, then run and shot him and the statues to death.
  13. Did save-scumming like this definitely work for you? I've definitely just had 5+ consecutive wins through save scumming and yet no talent. Maybe it is bugged. Yes, it worked.
  14. Ah, didn't even think about that. Will have to make note of that, see if I can scrounge up 6 for the whole team. Sanguine Plate x2 and that Padded armor in the lighthouse are two easy ones at the start of act off the top of my head. You can find multiple Rugged Wilderness Hats as random loot, no need to duplicate...
  15. Respec and increase your dex/per... You can also reload each time you lose and save after each win...
  16. Defensive Combo Cipher with Defensive Mindweb and Silent Scream + low int defensive Paladin equiped with Ilfan Byrngar's Solace/Little Savior and another item with the Preservation enchantment (Ring of Thorns, He Carries Many Scars Helm, Rebel's Call, Malina's Boots,...). After casting Defensive Mindweb the cipher can keep the paladin stunned using Silent Scream. Because of the Preservation items all the party will get +70def/ref and +100for/will.
  17. You can equip your team with +2 survival items just when you rest, no need to have it equiped all the time.
  18. It lowers their resolve by 5 if I remember well.
  19. You hit with it a few times one of the members of your team. You compare the damage fom the logs with the health lost and you'll see everything adds perfectly.
  20. Yes that's how it works, wounds damage is only affected by might... You do 25% of your damage dealt over 5s (for 10int) or over 7.5s (for 20int).
  21. Int increases the length but not the damage of the wound.
  22. Personally I will try to get my hands on legendary enchantments as soon as possible in ch.2 and enjoy my power for the rest of the game...
  23. It's because Tall Grass has 10% Hit to Crit chance and with durgan enchantment it becomes 25%.
