Petition and Cut Material
Jarx Xun replied to Bulgaroctonus's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
There were alot of posts and it may have been causing too much traffic if it stayed around, I'm not sure unlike you I don't want to presume I know what the goals of deleting the thread were, so there's no reason to dwell on it. If they thought it was inappropriate they probably woul've closed this thread. They still might we'll see. Apaprently you understand because you don't even comprehend your own posts: hmmm a direct reference to The Thread Also your lack of comprehension extends to the original poster joking about coming back after being banned, obviously you did not understand a common literary device called humour. Well I just gave you the same suggestion you gave someone else: So I guess you see how foolish your original comment was when I suggested the same thing to you. Your frustration and commiserable attempt at an insult are noted. In any case if you'd like to continue this please PM me otherwise we should stop spamming this thread. -
wow this site is amazing! GREAT work, I love the manga style, it makes the comic so much funnier.

Petition and Cut Material

And you would get banned again, and again, until your ISP was notified of your actions. Kid, this ain't your friggin' private playground. If the thread was deleted, it was deleted by one of the people who own this forum, or in turn act on their behalf. I'm not even going to get into the reasons they might have had. Posting here isn't your right, it's more like a privilege. If you can't abide by the decisions of the staff, this place isn't for you. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yeah thanks for your "moderation". Oh and also thanks for presuming to know why they deleted the other thread. I'm sure if they wanted to stop threads like this they would've left a message in the other thread saying it was inappropriate. So please stop attacking people who are trying to express their opinion in a respectful manner. If Obsidian wants to close this thread down then it's their choice, not yours. And if they don't close it down will you you leave because you can't abide by the decisions of the staff? -

They may have simply clsoed/deleted the threads because of traffic/bandwidth concerns. I'm amazed that this petition has 3000 plus votes! -
Spirited Away's No-Face = Darth Nihilus?
Jarx Xun replied to Rambutaan's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
this thread is awesome, seriously. I can see the resemblance. -
What happened to the topic with the petition?

I went back to play KOTOR and that only emphasized the great improvements in Kotor 2: The Interface is ALOT better, I love the filters and such. Two weapon configurations are hot. Marking containers as empty I agree when you walk in a space suit it's... WEIRD I like the weapon creation system and the random loot is good. The datapad management is also WAY better.

hahaha so funny.
-
Yeah there are alot of movies about the defens/sabotage at khoonda. I watched all the movies in the movie folder and there were alot respecting the khoonda quest.
-
So you understood the ending? Want to explain to everyone else? How many play overs did it take for you to understand the ending?
-
I'm going to play this game again. If I don't get the ending again I'm coming after you.
-
I would pay for an expansion pack to restore and add more things. I really want KOTOR 2 to make sense, if it means paying $30 for it then I'd do it. I am concerned though that it would be like telling LA that it's ok to cut stuff out of a game for the sake of development time because you'll make more money on it in the end. What I'm hoping for is someone at Obsidian releasing an unofficial mod.

If K2 had a simpler, straight forward plot
Jarx Xun replied to dufflover's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Having a simple plot wouldn't fix any of the problems. The game would just feel alot more under developped. Obsidian had a great plot outline, they just couldn't flesh it out properly so that it made sense. -
really good song, thanks for posting it,
-
If they left a few loose ends that's ok but atleast make the ending something worth playing for!
-
I think he was talking about how Obsidian sacrificed his story to push the game out early? I dunno.
-
Gran and Mallastarian are the same thing. Gran are from Mallastare.
-
Exactly how I felt after beating the game. All this great build up into nithing.

What? The handmaidens are EASY! Just spam special moves, wow what a tough fight <_<

Female Romance option SUCKS!
Jarx Xun replied to Woodsprite4's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Could you explain why you though that post was disturbing? Personally I believe that Woosprite got it on the money, but I figure that's a side effect of the game creators being male and not that good at their craft. A really good writer can write a good love story from any perspective. -
give us some info on the patch
Jarx Xun replied to poolofpoo's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Kayn you use "..." way too much, just wanted to say hehe. Also it doesn't make a big difference if we know now or later what the patch fixes. You'll find out soon enough. -
Forms - what exactly do they do?
Jarx Xun replied to Simon Appleton's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Do the forms have different attack animations? -
KOTOR2: Hottest Female Character
Jarx Xun replied to Topaz Quasar's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Luxa was definitely the hottest. -
Yeah, and could you tell one Star Destroyer from another? Or one X-Wing from another even? I mean, I doubt it was the ONLY ship of its kind at Malachor V. Maybe it was. *shrug* Hopefully one of the General's fighting on the planet could. Regardless of this, you're right - the ending that we found in the source files is far superior to the one that they tried to sell us. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Each ship transmits an ID signature so they could've deduced it was the ravager from that. Much like everyone knew what the Ebon Hawk was about through it's ID.
