  1. Jedi would've seen it coming and evacuated, or at least set up turrets or something.
  2. Maybe you were playing the X-box version? From what I saw, in PC version,it might take from 10-20 hits, with a Lightsaber to open a door. Um, no. 10-20 hits? Maybe with 8 strength and a Bothan Shock Stick or something... Consular, with 12 Strength, with a Lightsaber. It was simply easier to have someone pick the lock.
  3. Then what are you talking about? What do you think this topic is about?
  4. Umm...we're not talking about KOTOR 2 here. Read the rest of the topic if you're curious.
  5. I think that an important distinction should be made here. Lightside points if you let them live, -and- hand them over to the proper governmental authorities. Dark Side points if you let them live and hand them over a local crime lord that also put out a bounty for your quarry.
  6. Gizka! What trip on the Ebon Hawk would be complete without these guys wandering around?
  7. How about OpenRPG? I've never actually tried it, though. As for borrowing Force Attributes, I don't mind myself, but I think it might handicap the character when not in combat. This might not be an issue so much because we'll probably have others to take up the slack in this department..
  8. That might be. I usually play a Consular.
  9. Thats covered by Space Transports.
  10. Thought it was better than a T1. Definetly better than ISDN or Dial-up.
  11. It can't work. The Dark Side is too much of a corrupting influence. But I think you're confusing the Jedi Council's Edicts with the Light Side of the Force. They are not the same. The Council makes these rules in order to promote growth in the Light Side of the Force. But they are ultimately rules made by flawed men and women. Sometimes they work great, and sometimes they backfire spectacularly.

  13. You might be able to take them apart in the next game.
  14. Hmm...you might be right. My book doesn't say either way under the skill. And, I've never run a Jedi character under D6. If so, my bad.
  15. You were an maybe a 10th level Jedi by the time you got to Kashyyk. Surviving the Shadowlands wouldn't have been terribly difficult. Remember most people don't have many class levels, so it would've still been dangerous to them.
  16. Maybe, but from what I saw, this took forever. It was easier and far quicker just to have someone with Security open it. True, but in the KOTOR 2, Awareness doubles as Sense Motive. I wouldn't say that. I continually found myself running out of Computer Spikes. Computer Spikes was a bad idea anyway, I think. Not totally, I would frequently repair damaged droids in the early part of the game in order to help out with combat. Still, I found myself running out of repair parts quickly. When you finally had more than enough repair parts, there no longer was any opportunities to use them. Good idea, badly implemented. They're tying First Aid to Force Heal now. How much it heals is dependant on your First Aid ability now. I don't know if they've implemented it or not, but someone suggested on another thread being able to dissassemble recovered mines and using the parts in other places. If they make mines more deadly, you might have more need to disarm them.
  17. Looks good otherwise. Make sure you put down Melee Parry as a skill if you intend to fight others with your Lightsaber. Also, I don't know how Ender plans to handle it, but maybe put Craft Lightsaber down under Technical.
  18. Remember what happened to all the other Masters that used his assassination protocol? What goes around, comes around.
  19. Shin, did you borrow attribute die to put in your Force attributes? Your regular attributes seem a little low. Also, if I might make a suggestion, you don't really want to place only 2D in Strength. When you roll to resist injury, you'll only be rolling your Strength. You have the equilavent of a 'glass chin' right now. I'd suggest bumping it up to at least 3D. Also, put down more skills! You don't need to put any dice in them, but you're seriously short-changing yourself by not having more skills down on your sheet. Just make sure you can justify them by your character concept.
  20. I hate the X-Box anyway. Now if it had more than a couple of games that'd I'd actually be interested in playing, that would be another story. I wasn't too thrilled with the poorly designed PS2, but after several games I liked came out for it, my attitude towards it softened considerably.
  21. For me, anything after 5 PM Eastern is probably okay on Friday.
  22. How about Spawn of Fashan? Heavily modified of course. Or maybe RoleMaster? GURPs Sci-Fi?
  23. Carth was okay. No were near as bad as most make him out to be.
