  1. I'm worried. In this kind of game almost everybody will go for a full exploration, expecially when there are cool places like the Endless path. this means that the party will be overpowered when going for the critical path, being this one the last part to do in a completionist playthrough.. I'm afraid that passing through final encounters\killing bosses with ease could be immersion breaking, i really hope that end game crit path enemies are really tough, even for a lvl 12 full geared party
  2. Personal opinion 1) The XP system (Pretty good for me) 2) Per encounter wizard spells (not a problem) 3) Crafting (emprovement) 4) Lack of romances (never cared about them) 5) Lack of a spell memorization system (quite bad) 6) The Engagement mechanic (confused about it) 7) Lack of rogue skills like pick pocketing (bad) 8.) Lack of Pre-buffing (more challenging) 9) The inventory system (super bad) 10) The health and stamina system (really good) 11) The lack of healing spells (not a deal considering point 10) 12) The lack of invisibility spells (don't care)
  3. I wanna make a full summoning chanter, but i don't know if it is better to build him tank-melee or leave him behind, maybe with a bow, any suggestion??????
  4. I saw some videos on youtube and in the last build there are crickets and nighthawls at night, instead of birds : - )))))))))))))))))))))))))
  5. I didn't care about area loot but i have to say it's nice they made it optional to satisfy all the audience, thumbs up
  6. Is summoned creatures dmg flat or it depends on smt?
  7. You can hire hirelings for stronghold security and create companions for stronghold missions. I'll be pretty happy for having a keep full of people.
  8. A lot of people feel the combat too fast paced (despite pausing) and will use the slow mode for any combat. So an auto-slow mode for when combat starts will be useful to many folks
  9. Why they gave us autopause when we could just press spacebar when needed? The answer is the key
  10. Damn, it seems the perfect place for having a beef and beer party with friends
  11. Principle of course. I can understand english written text pretty well but i don't wanna promote a developer who deliberately ignores me as a customer only for his convenience, expecially when other devs don't, even low-budget\indie ones. It's a matter of customers care
  12. I guess a lot of players will combat in slow-mode, so an auto slow mode option (similar to autopause ) would be really appreciated, expecially for when combat starts.
  13. No, there aren't Npc schedules. Still better the only aesthetic cycle (so important for the atmosphere, expecially in Rpgs) than nothing, like Original Sin or Dragon Age: Inquisition did.
  14. Can you check if there is an option to auto slow-mode when entering combat?
  15. I noticed that ambient sound (in BB) does not change between day and night (always birds)
  16. Fireball is moving uberfast even in slow mode : \
  17. A no-stop 1 week marathon will be enough for the first reviews to come
  18. I think there is a set timer, i guess it is better to build them tankish so they can summon stuff before dying
  19. Is there a chance to see reviews before release date or they are obliged to publish them after 26\03?
  20. Looking at stuff like fireball or the bouncing magic missile (can't remember the name), i think the animation speed has to be decreased by half. They are so fast paced that they look like you are in fast mode, even in slow mode.
  21. I noticed they have no stats, so they are only for aesthetic? What kind of gear offer protection other than armors and shields?
  22. As I said, making it optional would satisfy everybody. It is so, damn, simple.
  23. Only from what we've seen on streams i found at least 4 different combat tracks and 2 exploration ones. I guess in the complete game there will be a nice amount of different tracks, probably every area (Dyrford, Defiance Bay, Twin Elms) will have its own track
  24. It's funny, even though PoE will be available in French (it will, right?), I have never even considered playing PoE in any other language than English. Why would you take the chance of missing any subtleties in the original script, and favour an interpretation of it instead? Same. Better that than whining about the game not being translated into FederatedStatesOfMicronesiannish or something. Actually multi 5 (Eng, Fra, Ger, Spa, Ita) is the European standard of every major product and even for a lot of INDIE (and often cheap) games. Welcome to the 2015. During the 90's a lot of producs (Xcom, Baldur's gate, etc. etc.) were translated aswell. I decided to buy PoE only when it was confirmed my language is supported, and a lot of people actually behave like me. I play videogames to relax myself and i wanna read ****loads of dialogues in a smooth way, this is not Gta where dialogues or languages are secondary Shadowrun Returns was pretty well translated btw, prob they spent a nice amount of money for that
