First one looks kinda bad, mostly because of the close-up on whatever monster that is. Second one looks great, third one is a bit too zoomed in since obviously the game isn't all that detailed when viewed up close (like any isometric game is).

I've only had to deal with a funeral twice, both for grandparents, and even then I was young. I barely felt anything, no matter how close I was to them, and I don't believe in anything supernatural happening after death. Maybe I have some sort of sociopath problem, it'd explain a few things, but I'm not close to getting bothered by it all that much. The only thing I can recommend is not to try and fake emotions if you don't get any. You can't force these things and even if you did it wouldn't be any "better".

Wow, that small bit of gameplay just looked... bad.

I suck at RTS games, computers or humans. So it's a no-go for me.

It's not like the last war in Korea ended well.

They still have quite the large army and probably enough weapons/tanks/etc... to defend itself annoyingly well. I wouldn't say they'd get "steamrolled", especially since guerrilla tactics are pretty easy to pull off in a country like North Korea.

I like to think we're more polite than others like say, the codex.

I'm starting to wonder if it's really worth it to (or at least try to) keep it semi-turn-based. Embrace the real time combat or don't.

Even then, if you knocked weapons out of their hands they either picked up another one close (usually just as powerful) or pick up the one you just knocked out of their hands. Heck, half the time they drop the minigun and whip out the missile launcher they also conveniently had.

Did anyone ever aim for anything else but the head in Fallout 3? I mean, maybe once or twice you got someone's leg when they were fleeing (this never happens), but VATS is basically "auto-aim for the head/temporary god mode". There really is no point in it even existing.

Does it work for EU client aswell? And if yes, can you unlock the skin, if you have not unlocked the hero yet? I'm on EU and it worked, also technically you get the skin, but the hero unlocks as well. Dunno if it's a bug, oversight or intentional, but that's the way it is. I doubt it's a bug, they also did it with the Facebook Tristana skin and that also got you both the skin and champion.

I rented Borderlands. It's fun, but I'm stuck at a particular boss fight, I blame my crappy pistol.

Dead Space is like Bioshock: buy into the hype and you will be incredibly disappointed. Otherwise they're both pretty good games.

You can preorder it already if you really want to If I buy it retail do I still have to register it on Steam? Because that would be perfect, really. I don,t want to download a whole game.

... why should PC games cost less than console games again?

Alien Swarm and Portal were both free, and didn't give me permission to add friends. Oh well, I'll just wait until I can buy FO:NV on Steam.
